As a long time customer our office has seen Jones Printing go above and beyond to meet our needs even when we have had what some may consider unreasonable deadlines. My office uses a few different print vendors, but there really is something special about Jones. The level of quality control here is top-notch: from the copy-proofers, color-proofers, the teams responsible for operating the printing (digital and press), folding, cutting, bindery, delivery and so much more. I know that the pieces they print look good. I know that in a side-by-side comparison to another print piece of the same type the piece printed here will very likely subtle noticeable differences, that really make a difference. Recently on a big project the Jones' team level of quality control goes above and beyond. It is what we should all expect. It is what I hope other print houses deliver also. The stickers I ordered from the online company will be useless by the time they arrive as the event I needed them for has already passed. Lesson learned- just shop & print local. Flag banners, t-shirts, hats, laminated labels and business cards. Every single item was perfect. The labels were turned around in under 24 hours. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? Receptionist (not owner/technician) was go-between. Not good for small business. I told her my current wrap job was few years old and showed scratches. She told me that they had just gotten in some new vinyl 3M wrap material that sounded good. She said he couldn't assess what wrap was originally used so I would have to drive 40 minutes down to the shop so he could see for himself. When I did she forgot to tell me they had moved ten minutes away so 50 minute drive. When I got there owner [?] comes out and says we cant guarantee this new wrap material is scratch resistant. Ok trip wasted.
