I called around to at least 12 places. Of those 12, 11 politely laughed and said they could never get 30,000 of our requested item printed in a day and half. Peter had a quick response time and confidently said he could complete our project by end of day Thursday AND have them delivered to the appropriate location. Sure enough, Peter pulled through. I had some very anxiety ridden executives reaching out for updates all day Thursday. Without skipping a beat, each time Peter quickly assured us that he was on track for a 5pm delivery. He called and emailed when he was on his way to drop our items off to the given site, and he called and emailed when they were dropped off and the job was complete. There was one lady ( had black curly hair in two buns) and no other customers when we showed up. She had a little attitude right away for no reason. We explained clearly what we wanted. We kept sending her the right design on canva and she would print an example out wrong and kept doing that. Her attitude increased as time went on even though we were extremely patient. She kept either printing the color wrong or on the wrong paper or wrong size. She would ask us to check what we sent and every time we sent her the exact right thing so it was on her end that she was printing it out wrong. While we were there like 10 people showed up mostly just to use the "print ur own" computers. She left while helping us for a total of about 20 min. To go help customers that showed up after us. Which is fine but then after she sort of blamed us for it taking so long when it was only taking long cuz she kept printing things out wrong and then leaving us for long periods of time. She rushed us SO MUCH and kept on saying u need to pay now or leave and just told us "she would fix the final draft" without showing us an example first. Which I was scared about because she had already done it wrong a bunch of times on her part. But she refused to show us another one and just said we had to pay or go away. This was for 150 invitations so yeah I wanted to make sure they were exactly right before they printed them all but I decided to trust her word that she would print them out right. LOL she did not. We come in ( August 10) and the back and front symbols on the invitation were completely different colors. Which in the one we sent they were the same so they should have come out the same. She clearly did something wrong. The manager there ( some large guy bald I think with glasses) first was defending her saying they only print what we send but then funny enough he printed it out and the color was the same on front and back and so it was clearly her wrongdoing. He was nicer and gave us a refund but He never even said "sorry" . All he would say is that there must of been a loss in communication. But never a sorry. And trust me we communicated our design and sent over the right design more times then we should have had too. The girl was soooo annoying to deal with. Also she kept saying they would be done at a certain time and then delaying it. Which would be fine if she didn't have an attitude on the phone when saying it. Like girl if you are mad about being the only worker maybe be mad at your manager not us. She was obviously understaffed but she had over a day to do them and if it wasn't possible she could have just told us that the day of and we would have gone somewhere else. They need to hire more people and people with better attitudes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PRINTS!

Receptionist (not owner/technician) was go-between. Not good for small business. I told her my current wrap job was few years old and showed scratches. She told me that they had just gotten in some new vinyl 3M wrap material that sounded good. She said he couldn't assess what wrap was originally used so I would have to drive 40 minutes down to the shop so he could see for himself. When I did she forgot to tell me they had moved ten minutes away so 50 minute drive. When I got there owner [?] comes out and says we cant guarantee this new wrap material is scratch resistant. Ok trip wasted.

As part of the process, I needed to fill out some paperwork, and make an appointment. I came in 15 minutes early. The lady greeted me immediately and checked my 2 forms of identification. She then took my fingerprints on the computer, I signed. I was done. The whole process literally took 5 min. She was very friendly.
