The gentleman at the Lowe's paint counter was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with. We explained what our goal was, and he helped us pick out the right paint to meet our desires. We were on a budget and he helped us stay within those confines. Again he was a great representative of Lowe's. He also educated us that a lighter color paint is significantly cheaper than a darker color paint. If you have some flexibility in your color choices, please keep that in mind. The representative at checkout was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We were promptly checked out and on our way to complete our DIY task. Based on this experience, I will ensure that Lowes is my go-to home improvement store from this point further.

Tony came to my home, diagnosed my problem and only charged me $40. Anyone else could have taken unfair advantage of me; he didn't. Now, In May of 2025, the same Samsung Refrigerator (13 yo) was flooding water onto my kitchen floor. I called AMA and Tony came out, worked for 1 1/2 hours, resolved the problem and charged me a VERY fair price. I received good service and I give AMA my highest recommendation. Then one that was new or mostly new, with all the features. We found a GE® ENERGY STAR® 27.8 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator. Fingerprint proof stainless steal. Way less than all the other store with this same model. So far so good. It was a mess getting that into our house. All three doors had to be removed. But with some blood, sweat and tears we finically got it in there. We called them several times and they was no more than super helpful in assisting with how to remove the handles and ultimately all the doors. It's cooling and takes 24 hours to do so. Going to see if the ice will produce as well. Will be updating this review later.

The subcontractor stated he had not picked up the refrigerator yet and it would be around 4 or 4:30 before he delivered the frig. Tom called Appliance Liquidators and whoever it was that answered the phone yesterday between 2 and 2:30 pm got very rude and swore at Tom and when Tom said he was calling the Better Business Bureau was told to go ahead they get complaints from them all the time. Not a smart move on whoever the employee was. People might think the BBB is not very good but did he not realize that YELP is alive and well. Frig has a year warranty which is good because one of the crisper was broken when it was delivered. But we hope we never have to go back.

I'm involved because I'm the one that's paying for them, a house warming gift since my brother didn't have a set. He lives in Tupelo MS and drove all the way to Memphis TN to get what he thought was a great deal. He drove up on Monday 8/26/2019. It took about 3 hours to get the paperwork and purchase made with a promise to deliver the washer & dryer on Wednesday 8/28/2019. Received a text to confirm the Wednesday delivery and it was confirmed. They never showed up as promised and when contacted Conn's we didn't receive a reply until Thursday after contacting them again. Conn's replied that the delivery was never scheduled according to the rep that said they spoke to their manager and that was the answer that they received. Their manager allegedly notified corporate of the fail to schedule a delivery and failure to deliver as promised, but has now allegedly scheduled a delivery for Saturday 8/31/2019 Conn's delivery truck actually showed up unannounced on Friday morning 8/29/2019 with a washer & dryer. However, they delivered the wrong dryer, it wasn't the one we purchased. Now after calling again, we were told that we couldn't get the correct dryer until this incorrect dryer is returned back to the store/warehouse and my brother has to drive back to Memphis on Saturday to "reorder" a dryer and wait again for it to be delivered. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service, lack of customer appreciation, and lack of customer care. It appears that they just want your money and can careless to keep a loyal customer.
