Very disappointed with Flowers. I had to travel out of town on business over Mothers day and 29th Anniversary. I ordered dozen Roses costing app 90.00. They were wilted before the 3rd day. My wife insisted that I never buy flowers on Valentines or Mothers day due to fact they don't last. Upon ordering I specifically asked "Make sure these were the same quality of flowers they carry year year around". The woman taking the order assured me "They flowers were not left over from mothers day and was the same quality as I have experienced in the past orders". NOT TRUE!!! Ordered at 8:30 AM on Monday, Delivered around 5:30 PM, Wednesday 730 am - wilted and lifeless. Upon returning flowers manager was very argumentative and refused to listen or care. I've ordered Roses in the past from same location with positive results. They must be under new ownership or management. Don't waste your money here!!!! Nothing is worse then not getting your arrangement delivered on the day that you paid for! This is not acceptable. This is how a rift can start in a family. Arrangement are something that says a lot to a person. That that person matters. I am so upset. My arrangements did not get delivered to my grandmothers funeral. I could not be there in person so I bought an arrangement to show my respects. It never made it there. No matter what this cannot be undone. read more
