When we told them about the issue, they said they would fix it. They sent the carpet layer back with NO supplies to repaint the base. We had to provide all of the supplies: paint brush, paint, floor covering, etc. As a person in the construction industry, I know how long it should have taken to repaint the baseboards. He was there for approximately an hour. When we came back to inspect the work, it looked as if the person used his fingers to fill the damaged areas, instead of painting the entire board. We called to complain. They sent the same man back to try again. He did the same thing again, but this time he left hand prints on our freshly painted walls. We called his boss to explain the issue AGAIN. We had to bring in and pay an actual painter to fix the problem. Carpet Barn would not help us with this cost. We will NOT use this company again and DO NOT recommend them.

He's classist and thinks he's too good and the product is too good for my investment. When I sent an email for assistance with locating alternatives, he never responded. The man is flaky and doesn't even know me and doesn't know my city as well as he thinks he does to presume that the house and its people aren't worth anything. Furthermore, if he did, he'd know that I've already spent $22,000 on this renovation project and that I'm not too low-end for the engineered wood flooring of my choice. I'd never been so disgusted in my life by a business. My money is as green as anyone else's in this country and I shouldn't be treated as if I'm less than.
