My second expierence was coming in for a manicure and the person could not do french tips, I have never encountered that before because it seems like a very basic "design". My third and final experience was recently when I was given a gift card for a mani/pedi/massage and I was not interested in the massage as I do not like them, but it was a gift, so I asked if I could use the remainer of the balance after covering the mani/pedi on a different service and they said no. So that is why I am leaving this review because that is poor customer service. I have not left a bad review prior even with my bad experiences because the staff has always been SO nice. But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

It was not a good experience. I stopped getting my eyebrows done here. After having my brows with gashes, unevenness and hair left in different areas, I decided to stop patronizing the company. The young ladies are nonchalant and blasé when they mess up your brows. One girl gashed my brows then placed blamed by saying it was there previously. I did not walk in with gashes as my brows were overgrown. I had one not thread the center of my brows enough and she tried to tell me that's how they should be. I shared that I liked the center neat and clean. She actually "sucked her teeth" when I asked to have the area neater and cleaner. I was taken aback that she was satisfied with not satisfying a customer. I would not recommend the services of this company.

I really enjoyed the environment. I came back and purchased a whole new line of products for my whole family right before Christmas. The lady that helped me was nice and helpful and said if I did not like any of the products to bring it back. I spent over $400 + that day on just products. Fast forward to today....I finally used up my old products and started to use the Aveda products about 1 week ago. Only two items I didn't care for after several uses. Mind you, I didn't use much of the product each use. They both were practically full. The lady at the counter was new. Silvia Garcia who apparently is the owner of the this store told me non of her ladies told me I could bring back the products if I didn't like them. Then told the new girl to call Don and see if I could exchange them. As Don told the young lady yes I could exchange them as they were barely gone, Silvia Garcia started making comments that I probably put other shampoo in there to make it fuller etc. I at that point was so appalled, that I said you have called me a lier and are accusing me of putting different shampoo in this bottle I want to return. Silvia said no, no I'm not saying that at all then started raising her voice at me and telling me that I was disrespecting her in her own store and that she will not refund the nutri plenish and Blond shampoo and said you are going to take this back home and LOVE it! I said I brought it back because I DON'T love it for my hair. I said WOW I can't believe this is happening. She said this is WOW and took the two products I was exchanging for and said now no exchange!!! Mind you my exchange was for products of lesser value and I am generous and was not looking for them to make up the difference! Silvia stormed off AND left that poor new young lady there to remedy the situation after insulting me on many levels and had to call Don again confused on what she was supposed to do! I will say this....Don appeared to be very patient and understanding and kind to the new employee! I have NEVER been treated like a second hand citizen like that before by anyone especially a business owner that I had spent A LOT of money with. I feel sad and have empathy for the new employee. I will find a new place to shop where I do not have to deal with Narcissistic behavior!!

I saw another woman get them done while my toes were drying and since I was long overdue decided to give it a shot. I was SO SURPRISED. I've gotten my eyebrows done at so many places and this was BY FAR the best they have looked. I was so impressed and happy with them! Get your eyebrows done here! I will definitely be coming back. The place inside doesn't look the most luxurious and when you get your brows done, you just lean against a pillow against the wall. I went to world nails today with my daughter and granddaughters to get our nails done for my sons…read morewedding. First of all, I wanted my nails an almond shape and they could barely get hem to that shape and they all lined different. My daughters nails were the same and misshapen and then had toy come back to the house and file them. Her toes chipped immediately and had to be repainted while we were still there and then she had to repaint a few of them when she got home. We had to ask for top coat for our toes and ask to have our cuticles trimmed for the manicure and it was extra although we paid for a manicure....so confusing. They told me I couldn't use my credit card and had to go next door and get money out of the ATM. I spent $400 and it was not worth it!!! Do not use this place.
