Incredible service. I stupidly; don't know how I managed this; put my cooker hood filter in backways. And upside down. Emailed Hafele. Fixed. No charge. Poor filter had to be mangled and twisted to get it out, the service man, thank you Michael, had brought an entirely new one with him. I love the hood, it came in cheaper at the same quality than much more expensive ones and I actually prefer the design as the glass is curved instead of having square corners that I thought would make one feel one might knock one's eye out if you slipped in the kitchen (and were tall), the Hafele model much more feng shui.
