We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. We had a fabulous Florida Mid Century house that when we bought it had been upgraded with all the designer fixings and a spacious backyard with room for the 15x 30 6 ft deep pool we built with all new landscaping, turf, slabs and marble creating a resort style backyard. We knew we could probably break even so when a house came up on the market for close to what we were wanting to list I went to the open house to get the low down from the listing agent. On that day I met Mary Heidrich and I knew right away that she was good people. She was charming, warm and friendly and I could tell she was not the typical Floridian Realtor who seemed to look out only for personal gain and greed which was something very important to us since we wanted someone we could trust. We set our house payments up with direct deposit in Oct of 2010 and as of 2/5/2011 we have not received a dime of rent money. I have made several calls to their office in Clermont Fl and I to get the run around, the office girl tells me that Terry Hicks never comes in he works out of his house so I asked for Michell Hicks and I was told the first time she was on maturity leave. Called back a few days latter and was told that she had resigned from the company and the next day when I called she was working from home liquidating the company. They have collected rent for the month of Dec 2010 Jan 2011 and Feb 2011 and I have not received one payment into my account. Any one that has any property with thees two I suggest that you cancel your contract and if you are owed money to contact your attorney , I have and will be filing charges against the two. If your are thinking of a Property Management Co. do not even consider this Company. You will not get much help from the corporate office of Century 21, I contacted them and emailed my complaint to the Office of Consumer Affairs {Anita Barns} sent a double talk email back saying that there was not much they could do that they were not responsible for the franchise dealers
