They also have coupons where you get get free or discounted items. The tools are good quality. It may not last as long as a Ryobi or Craftsman ( yes, I still love Craftsman!) but it also won't cost as much. I have bought a variety of products from sanders, to screwdrivers and bits to stands for wood, flashlights, garden hose and many other items. I have always felt like I have gotten my money's worth. The store is well organized, clean and the staff are always pleasant. This is usually my first stop for general things needed around the house.

The purchase was made with my **personal funds**, and now I am still waiting for my refund. The most frustrating part was the attitude during the return process--it felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though the item did not match the assurance I was given. If you're placing a special order here, make sure you get the return policy and compatibility guarantees **in writing**. Clear communication and timely refunds should be standard.
