This is a small FAMILY business - the kinds of businesses we should continue to support, not only in these times, but always. So if they don't pick up the phone on the first try, or respond to an email in a few minutes, be patient. They WILL respond and they (Marvin and Amber) are two of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This is their livelihood, their reputation, their family's future and you can tell that they take that seriously. In fact, two months before we were scheduled to have the tree removed, we noticed a pretty concerning crack in the trunk (down to the root) on one of the trunks. Afraid the tree was compromised and there was a significant risk of it falling on the house, we called Kingdom and they came out within a couple of days with a lift and removed the canopy from the affected tree. They saved us a lot of anxiety and a LOT of potential damage! A few weeks later, they were able to bump us up in the schedule and got to work removing the entire tree. The work? AMAZING! When I say my tree was massive, I mean MASSIVE!! 5 trunks clustered into one and taller than our two story house! Each morning Marvin and his crew showed up at 8:00 AM on the dot, worked through the day and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Some minor hiccups (honestly I can't believe there weren't more with this kind of work), but these people are solid and made sure everything was handled immediately and professionally. I'm currently waiting on them to return to complete the stump grinding, but I'm sure that will go off without a hitch as well :) I will recommend Kingdom Landscaping - and Marvin and Amber - to anyone I know needing tree trimming, tree removal, landscaping or snow services...in fact, I already have!!

Kreil Tree Service Review:…read more Be sure to ask if your estimate includes all costs. We got an estimate but the bill was 60% higher than the estimate without any warning. When we asked, we were responded too rudely, and as if we were stupid. In the estimate, there was not mention of a $200 charge to drive the trucks for the tree removal to our home. There was no mention of a $300 charge to take the wood to the dump. There was no mention of a $50 charge for them to take a 15 minute break. There was no mention that they would plow my neighbors driveway and include that on my bill - none of these things were ever mentioned at all and when we asked, we were verbally bullied in response. The workers need to be watched to be sure they are working - if you do not watch, you will be charged for time when nothing was done. We saw them sit in their truck for 30 minutes shortly after the boss left - we took time stamped pics to show - if we did not watch and report, that break would have cost us $100. One guy worked for 15 minutes while the other smoked and watched - we sent pics of this but got no response and were still charged the full amount for that time. The boss brought young kids to work with him and left them in a truck that was in the street and running for about 90 minutes. The kids came out a few times and were sent back to the running truck. One of the trees had the roots above ground (it fell from the weight of the snow). They knew this because I sent photos of the job. There was no mention that they would leave this behind. When I asked what to fill the hole with after they removed it, I was responded to, again, like I was stupid. Be very observant, and very aware, if choosing to hire this company.

They were able to schedule an appointment for only a few weeks later and then remove the tree, haul all the wood out, clean up the debris and grind the stump within three or so hours.
