I went in,still on hold. No one waiting in waiting room. A woman working,only person behind reception desk area was standing at copy machine making copies. I was still on hold ,had my phone in hand. She saw me and ignored me. I said hello and she replied, " I'll be with you in a minute " acted annoyed by my presence.i stayed polite. After her making copies and still leaving me standing I asked if I could please get a print up of my diagnosis from my last visit,tome date.... She said yes and it cost 30.00. I asked how can that cost 30.00 when she can just print it up? She said ,that's what the charge is. I said nevermind I'll just get one from my primary Dr that they sent it over to her. She shrugged shoulders. I said ,as I held my phone up " I'm on hold on your office phone ,I'd called 25 minutes ago and you put me on hold and STILL on hold as you do this and you don't even see what you could help me with real quick and just leave the phone on hold". I said ,I was in office 2 weeks ago for 11am appointment and sat and didn't check out until 330 pm. 15 minutes tops with the doctor. That's 4hours 15 minutes waiting.Then you put me on hold and I drive out here and see what you're doing and you treat me like this? I will NEVER EVER step foot in that office again. Unprofessional,rude ,non caring ppl that are working in the medical office.Im thankful I have self controle or I'd be in a whole mess of trouble. It was 6 hours long because the lady kept having computer issues. I knew it would be a long appointment but was told 3 hours max. They told me they had to do a drug screen ... which is fine with me as I have nothing to hide. And a pregnancy test . I informed them I had a hysterectomy but they could go ahead. So I gave my urine sample and was told it came back as positive for methamphetamines AND pregnancy. I again reiterated that I had a hysterectomy and I was not pregnant and there was no way possible. I also stressed I didn't take any meds that would even create a false positive for meth. I said I would retake the test. And she said I could return in two weeks or sign a waiver . I was like well I drove a few hours here so let me sign the waiver! When the doctor finally came to talk with me... he spoke over me and didn't even listen to me. The place was odd. And it reminded me of a cult like laboratory in my soap opera. Never again!

The pain that is there is minor and not related to the surgery. He did not need to touch my neck at all as the X-rays, MRI and CT gave him all of the information. Dr.Timothy Spencer lost all my respect with his attitude and misleading advice. He peeformed an…read moreunneeded surgery on my spine. Was a bad hip, not spinal issues.. He placed a spacer and 2 weeks later upon return to work it came out causing severe sciatica . Was told to put ice on it as it grew into a baseball knot on my spine, went to ER for immediate help amd xrays, conscerned about my spine and the pain, and he was furious with me so he did not remove the hanging piece of the spacer that had popped out, causing a huge cyst on spine! Went in saying he would remove the spacer but I wanted him to put it back in and bolt it in place but he refused and called me stupid infront of staff amd then billed my insurance for reinspection, so he opened me back up just to look and see but did not remove a piece of the spacer that was in my spine causing more damage. Needed another surgery by a different Spinal Surgeon but the damage was irreversible now I am looking at another spinal fusion that could leave me with very little mobility. Can not even bend forward without damaging my spine even more! Kudos to the surgeon I so trusted. Have heard similar stories about Timothy Spencer and the damage he has caused to others. So sad, and he gets away with it! Could not find a lawyer to pursue the case. Negligence is hard to prove they said amd or he paid them off, initially they were going to take my case, papers signed but 4 wks later, was told did not want to take the case! HMMM! Makes you wonder?
