Let me start by saying that in Frederick, this was the first practice that would even consider seeing me after calling everyone I could to try and continue my immunotherapy that I have been getting for 8 years in two different cities. I was told that "we don't do that" by two other doctors. After waiting a month and a half for the first available appointment, I came into the office. The office is dark and depressing. I met with Dr. Muniz who seemed perfectly willing to give me my shots after getting my records from another office. However, as I left I was slightly concerned when he said "if you haven't heard from us in a month, give us a call." The front desk lady then asked for the mailing address of my old doctor to get my records. I gave them a fax number, phone number, address, and signed forms that they required. One month later, I call to see how things were going. The person who took my call was either in a bad mood or something, asked what I meant by "things" and reprimanded me for telling her the name I have gone by my entire life instead of my legal first name, both of which should have been in my file. Many of my doctors are able to find my file with both names. Then she asked if I wanted to start shots -- the entire reason I came in in the first place. I am now confused as to why I had to go into the appointment in the first place. They said they would "send me a packet" which I guess meant by mail because they are about 20 years behind in terms of technology and then I could make an appointment. Just looking for some decent medical care in Frederick and was again disappointed. This practice was confusing, disorganized, and moved painfully slowly to get something VERY commonplace and easy to do. I have never had so much difficulty with getting medical care. I never received a packet, only a bill. Needless to say - I will not be getting my shots here.

They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

Also, don't even try to contact their office. If you have appointment or insurance or billing issues you'll speak to someone who didn't identify themselves at the start of the call so you don't know if you're speaking to the correct person. And his support staff might as well be a corporate call center and not a family office. There's nothing "family" about Family Urology. If Dr. haseebuddin is such a great Dr, he really needs to reassess his support staff and structure because it's impossible to work with his team.

Today I sent in a refill request through MyChart as I sit in an urgent care waiting room where I am paying a $40 copay to get 3 pills to get me through my work trip this week as I am having side effects of not taking it for 3 days now. This is the second time within the past year I have encountered a non-response or over 1 week delay in refilling my medication (I only take 1). Due to the delay in care, the non-response, and poor communication- I am changing PCPs after 5 years with them as there has been a trending decline in their care.

Well they started my care took $400 in x rays and also took my cash, but once I needed them to step up because I was out of covered visits due to the fact that I get 12 visits yearly (that I pay cash for and get reimbursed) and they would have to give me a pre authorization for my insurance company to get me covered for more visits they gave me the boot. Any reputable doctor will finish what they started but not Mid Atlantic they just collect CASH CASH CASH and they don't even give you a break for paying cash( BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH BILLING OR ANY INSURACE COMPANYS THIS MUST BE EXTREEMLY LUCRATIVE FOR THEM) to collect insurance rates and not nave to deal with insurance company's or billing BECAUSE THEY ONLY TAKE CASH SHOULDN'T THEY LOWER THERE PRICES DO TO THE ABOVE ? After I left I went to Maryland spine and health clinic were Dr. Raberto was going to pick up where Dr Rashidian left off . The first thing Dr. Raberto found was that I was in severe pain so he followed up by contacting my insurance co. and got me a MRI only to find out I had severe arthritis ,my spine was twisted , a piece of my bone broke off, I had bone spurs, pinched nerves and more. I was told by doctors that chiropractic adjustment were the number one thing that would hurt me, but Dr. Rashidian wanted to put me on a payment plan for 25 more adjustments for CASH CASH CASH. After nine major surgeries and over 30 different doctors in different states I know what I am talking about and Mid Atlantic Chiropractic is no more than a boiler room where they pump people in and out getting CASH CASH CASH. Another thing is they try to scare you into more adjustment, after all look at me all they wanted to just do 25 more adjustment ,which would of put me in the hospital. They will sell you some super expensve vitamins ,or sell you a $70 foam block that you could get on Amazon for $5. Dr. Rashidian will sell you his books that could of only of been written by a truly self centered person. To be honest Dr.Rashidian is a very good doctor ,except he has grown a big head and is so wrapped up with money, showboating and other U tube BS that he lost his way.
