They have done a decent job for us in the past, put up a fence, transplanted peonies, all good. But…read morethis past spring we hired them to put in some arborvitae on our property line (along with some other work). All were planted at the same time, we have treated them all exactly the same. But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.
