I was VERY happy with the work done by the 2 men who removed the tree, trimmed the 2 others, and CLEANED UP the yard thoroughly after their work was done -- you would never even know that extensive work was done that day. I am, however, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the tree stump removal (IN THE FRONT YARD!!!). The stump grinding created a great big HOLE in the ground and a HUGE pile of dirt and ground tree stump right next to the hole. He told men that they "never fill in the holes", that's up to the homeowner to do! I am a woman, 77 years old, disabled, and walk, in great pain, with a cane -- and I was left with a great big hole and a huge plle of dirt TO FILL IN MYSELF !! Now I have to find someone to PAY to fill in that hole. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ARBORTECH NEVER INTENDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB, OR THAT THIS WAS THEIR "STANDARD PRACTICE", I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID (WAAAY TOO MUCH!!!) $425 to have one small-to-medium stump ground!!!! Stay clear of this outfit…read more I ordered two cords of seasoned fire wood from TG Home Improvement's ad in Craigslist and when Terrence delivered the wood, it was green and only 90 cubic feet when stacked... a cord is 128 cubic feet. I measured the water content of the wood and it was 26%: the maximum water content wood can have is 30%; seasoned wood should be down around 10%. Terrence has not answered any of my emails, texts or phone calls.

The owner said he could trim them down, take out the vines and tie them together so that they would grow back together. He said they would look like crap for about a year. We were thinking that he meant they would look thin. That was not the case. Treeland associates destroyed my yard, broke my fence and killed my arborvitae. It looks like a tornado came through. There are burn marks in my grass from gasoline and trenches from them driving heavy equipment all over the front yard. We were told they would put plywood down but that never happened. The bushes aren't even even on top and they literally hacked at them with a pole saw. Not professional at all.
