I measured the water content of the wood and it was 26%: the maximum water content wood can have is 30%; seasoned wood should be down around 10%. They have done a decent job for us in the past, put up a fence, transplanted peonies, all good. But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.
