The front desk quite the opposite, after yesterdays encounter and today's I have decided to leave. They called me 6 days ago to remind me of my appointment, great, appreciate that, but then they go "did you get blood work done?",I haven't seen her in months due to the covid. So how can i go get blood work, and then they tell me only labcorp is doing blood work, i look at 5 different locations, none had any times for me to get my blood done, before my appointment. Receptionist basically said it is my fault?! She goes would you like to reschedule? um yeah, why would i go just to say hi. I then ask at this point i still prefer doing Webex, said "cant happen" because "I" am cancelling the appointment. I just hung up, can't deal with stupidity. Called again today to make sure they cancelled the appointment. Asked to send blood work (i knew that wasn't going to happen) The doctors seem great, front desk is quite horrible and lynhdurst office, is 10xs worse with their receptionists. Ask questions and get "uh i have to talk to people groan before the response" Also if you need your documents for any other reason besides them, expect a song and dance, cause you're not getting it

The biggest problem with this place, is trying to reach the office by phone. A few weeks ago I tried to reach the office and my call was always answered by a call center. They took my information and promised me that I would get a call back from the office. This never happened and I left several messages with the call center. This has happened several times in the past also. The funny thing is when you go to office it is filled with girls in the reception area, just talking to each other. I am fed up and will try to find a new doctor within the Optum network.

When I asked the rel questions regarding the elevation of my bloodwork all she would respond is "Yes".  I do not believe she understood what I was saying. I find it very unfair to patients to have someone who does not speak fluent English call me to review my blookwork.  She clearly did not understand what I was asking her.  I went to the doctor with concerns about my health.   I then called the office back and requested a copy of my blood work.  Everything is not fine as stated by the rep. I highly recommend that you not have nurses who are incapable of speaking the language fluently call patients and make their own medical assessment.  Based on her assessment I would need no further follow up.  My bloodwork speaks for itself.  Ignoring it would only harm my health even further. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.
