This is a great little village. Has a bridal shop, dog groomers, hairdressers, paintball, alpaca walking experience and a maize maze (July-September) plus a lovely Bistro that serves homemade meals and desserts they even do a roast on Sundays at a very reasonable price. I done the Alpaca walk and it was so lovely and relaxing and the Alpacas are all so adorable. The walk is a slow paced walk so if you cant walk fast you don't need to worry as is a very pleasurable stroll. The Maize Maze is awesome a maze set amongst maize (corn fields) and 4 miles big (path wise) with a quiz to solve at same time. There is two parts one maize where you ahave to find all the bean posters and count the beans and the larger maize part you have to find the 10 posters with stories and answer the question at the end it will spell a secret word down one of the columns. You then can enter a prize draw to win a Alpaca walk, lunch at the Bistro etc. The maize took us just over 1 hour and 20 minutes which apparently is the approx. time people usually do the maze in so it is so worth it. Also amongst the maze is outlook huts ththat you can look out from. The bistro serves delicious homemade meals / desserts. I had a carrot and banana cake and it really was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone. read more
