The broken rice ordered was average.. and sweat n sour fish soup had too much MSG. A bit annoying but they have the conversations between kitchen and wait staff blare through a central speaker!! Some of the discussions about bookings are hilarious. No joke it crayeee man! WIR?? only to try the periwinkle shells that I missed!! they were out when I was there. It's a dish that I have been told I must try! Oh almost forgot about the durian ice cream with yam!! It's another must! I have never tasted such a strong durian flavoured ice cream ever!

These quail were delicious!

I have visited this place so many times but willing to come again an again!…read moreThe signature meal of crispy chicken to paiir with a bowl of won ton soup is what I'm on about! First you have to slurp a spoon or two the broth to appreciate the exquisite taste! Then a bite of soft wonton to follow a bit of elastic but crunchy noodles! How do they make that?! I have not mentioned about the inviting chicken pieces there because I know already, once I start I cannot stop eating it till it's all gone! After the meal is settled in your stomach you can look around to see many people enjoying the food just like you do!

The family took us out for lunch and said this was the hotspot for some chicken and noodles. We…read morearrived on a weekday and the restaurant was packed with people. CRISPY CHICKEN WITH EGG NOODLES This was highly recommended to us so I had to order it. The broth on the side was very bland. It tasted of water and light salt. The chicken was the best part of the dish. It was very crispy and tasted very clean. Taste wise, it wasn't seasoned much, but provided a great texture to the bowl of noodles. Overall, it was a very bland dish. It needed more seasoning, either from the sauce or the soup. BBQ PORK WITH EGG NOODLES The broth was the same, bland. Everything flavor wise was the same as the crispy chicken dish, but the only difference is the meat. The pork was more flavorful than the chicken and more savory. Not exactly a place I would come back to. Overall, it was clean and didn't leave a bad aftertaste, but it's not exactly seasoned well with flavor.

This place is located in an alley and it's all the way at the end on the right hand side…read more It was hard finding a parking space nearby. We had to park pretty far and walked to this location. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes if you decide to come here. I came here for lunch and it was pretty packed. Even though it was packed, we didn't wait long before there was an available table. Staff were efficient. Spaces between each table were very small, be careful not to knock someone over or bump into someone eating their Pho. I ordered a small bowl of beef combination (AUD$10.50), which was more than enough for me, and a fresh orange juice (AUD$3.50). Everything came out pretty quick. The broth lacked flavor where I had to add hoisin sauce and sriracha. In addition, noodles were a bit soggy. I've had better Pho.

This is the worst owner I have ever met. The owner treats employees rudely and swears at employees…read more(I am one of the employees). The owner has a bad attitude and is oppressive to employees. The salary is very low compared to people aged 18 and over. I have worked at many different restaurants, but I have never seen a restaurant with an owner like this. Although we are only employees, we also need to be treated kindly and fairly. Anyone who intends to apply for a job here should consider it carefully, especially in a developed country where everyone has a culture. Please consider this case.

There's a CCTV screen in this place, maybe it's from the bad old days of Cabramatta…read more I have to choose between 1. watching myself eat pork and prawn fresh rice paper rolls, 2. watching community TV showing "Behind the Scenes" in Vietnamese, or 3. watching the ultra violet fly zapper. And the Oscar goes to...the envelope please........That knucklehead at table 3 ! - for his moving comedic performance in "How to Eat a Half a Fresh Roll Covered in Peanut Sauce in One Go Even Though Its Bigger Than Your Cakehole" Woo hoo. Soon I will have eaten at more than ten Vietnamese places in Cabramatta. I dont think I've even scratched the surface. This place is food heaven and the Rice Paper Rolls I had today are the best I've ever had. I saw this place on some foodies "Ten top food experiences in Sydney". He was right, the do it yourself vietnamese rolls are fantastic, I even watched a table of kids making them. The food and service here is pure Gold Logie stuff, but the entertainment is atrocious !

The customer service in this place is very good and very quick too. We ordered beef noodle soup,…read more crispy fried chicken, and some kind of make your own spring roll thing. After we ordered, it only took them less than 10 minutes to serve our order. I was impressed since they have lots of customers to be serve. I thought it was only us, but when I was watching them serves other customers they were really quick. The food that we ordered tasted really good. The beef noodle soup that I ordered really taste good, it's not that oily like some other noodle soup that I had tasted. And I really like the make your own spring roll thing, I guess that dish is famous in that place since most tables I saw has it. And the grilled shrimp/fish cake on it was really awesome. You must really try it. That's the only unusual dish I saw on a Pho restaurant. The crispy chicken was also good, but I guess it's too common. The prices are reasonable, it's not to high it's not too low, it's just alright. This place is at Cabramatta market, so expect that it's a busy place. There's no parking on the street so you gotta park on the nearest parking lot.
