Every time I visit Cabramatta (I live in the States), I have to visit this place. During my last trip, I went here twice in a span of a couple of days. Honestly I have only ordered one item on the menu, I don't pay attention to the other dishes since I am in love with just one. I order the crispy chicken with egg noodles dry (broth on the side). I have had both the dry and wet option and just as a personal preference I like the dry option more. The chicken has the crispiest skin I have ever tasted. Even though the skin is super crispy, the chicken meat is tender and not dry at all. They give you a decent amount of chicken so you'll have plenty to enjoy as you eat it with your egg noodles. The egg noodles are just as good, not too soggy and cooked to perfection. They add a sauce to the noodles so it has additional flavor, so make sure you toss your noodles in the bowl before eating. I cannot recommend this place and this dish enough. I'm already planning on heading back during my next visit. Side note: There is only one woman and one man restroom. So be prepared to wait in line.

Food is amazing, the drink is amazing and service is fast. I will mostly visit this place when I am in cabramatta and I am having a chicken craving. Their top seller is crispy chicken noodle soup, you can also have it dry as well. There is always a line here.

After reading all the reviews about this place - it was a MUST VISIT on my first time to Cabramatta! After eating at this very busy restaurant - it won't be my last visit either. The signature dish is the crispy chicken served with wet or dry egg noodles. ($13) I have to agree that the crispy skin chicken is the best I have ever tasted. Perfectly cooked crisp, thin chicken skin not coated in oil with perfectly cooked soft and tender chicken meat. Add lemon juice and you are in culinary heaven. It comes with a serving of bean sprouts and Vietnamese dipping sauce. I want to try it again next time - but with the tomato rice accompaniment.

If you ever visit Cabramatta in Sydney Australia , you must definitely give Noodle House a visit! Nothing beats noodle house's crispy skin chicken with dry egg noodles if you don't like it with dry noodles you can also add soup but if you don't like noodles, you can have it with white rice or red tomato rice . ITS A MUST!!!!!

I came here for one dish and pretty much everyone else in the restaurant was eating the same thing. It's either crispy chicken with noodles or with rice. You can have your noodles dry (a small bowl of soup on the side) or wet (noodle soup). As much as i love good old fashioned ketchup rice, i love dry thing egg noodles even more! We had a plate of stir fried bean sprouts to top it off with too. MSG or not, it's delicious and worth the line. Plus it moves quick!

was recommended to try this this place before heading back down south... the crispy chicken egg noodles and the spicy beef soup with bread were the mandatory! I have to say I really loved the crispy skin chicken. Skin was thin and crisp without any oil dripping. Yet the chicken meat remained soft and tender! awesome! the spicy beef .... hmmmm it's better at Hoa Tran in melbourne.

They make the best stews and luc lac. Food is always fast here and it's cheap and effective. Service not too bad

I came here based on a recommendation from my cousin that lives in Sydney, she recommended the crispy chicken noodle soup. I'm not from here but that's what they are known for. This is the best noodle restaurant in Sydney. ..

We had to park pretty far and walked to this location. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes if you decide to come here. I came here for lunch and it was pretty packed. Even though it was packed, we didn't wait long before there was an available table. Staff were efficient. Spaces between each table were very small, be careful not to knock someone over or bump into someone eating their Pho. I ordered a small bowl of beef combination (AUD$10.50), which was more than enough for me, and a fresh orange juice (AUD$3.50). Everything came out pretty quick. The broth lacked flavor where I had to add hoisin sauce and sriracha. In addition, noodles were a bit soggy. I've had better Pho.

Anyone who intends to apply for a job here should consider it carefully, especially in a developed country where everyone has a culture. Please consider this case.

The beef noodle soup that I ordered really taste good, it's not that oily like some other noodle soup that I had tasted. And I really like the make your own spring roll thing, I guess that dish is famous in that place since most tables I saw has it. And the grilled shrimp/fish cake on it was really awesome. You must really try it. That's the only unusual dish I saw on a Pho restaurant. The crispy chicken was also good, but I guess it's too common. The prices are reasonable, it's not to high it's not too low, it's just alright. This place is at Cabramatta market, so expect that it's a busy place. There's no parking on the street so you gotta park on the nearest parking lot.

Therefore not many Vietnamese restaurants actually please us but this one definitely does. Firstly, their outrageous menu. Make sure you come on down from Friday to Monday, where they have a special menu with grilled items. The smell and aroma you are greeted with when walking into the restaurant will take you to the streets of Vietnam. The awesome decor outside and inside the restaurant helps immensely too! During the weekends especially, you'll find a long queue outside so make sure you get in early (around 6pm, any time later and you'll be left waiting!).
