When I got there for my appt she had just started on another lady and she also had someone else scheduled at the same time as me. So, she is not good with scheduling or timing. When I first left I really liked my hair and I even sent her feedback letting her know how good of a job she did. I also referred family & friends. HOWEVER, after about a week I noticed that it was not full in the top at all as I told her I liked. By the 2nd week my hair was loose and it was so loose I noticed that she had CUT MY BUNDLES! I texted her to let her know how unhappy I was about it and that she did not ask me and she said that with some of her specials they are cut. However, I paid REGULAR FULL PRICE! She offered me a free sew in a few weeks after only to ignore me when I contacted her about the appointment to give her another try. When taking my sew-in down it was very clear that she did not know what she was doing! Her braiding pattern was very bad and she sewed together two of my bundles and put them in the very back of my hair which is why the top was so thin and cut! She also messed up my little cousins closure and she's so tracks in between the closure and tracks are showing! This lady needs to seriously go back to school. I understand mow why she is putting cards on cars and $25 off cards on people's cars. People would be foolish and stupid to go back, unless they know no better themselves.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not let Tim do anything with your hair! Prior to Saturday afternoon I had, key word is had, natural curly hair that was almost to my waistline. After a short amount of time in Tim's chair, I now have chopped, "Rachel from Friends" (his words not mine for describing his trimming technique) short, layered, hideous hair. I get angry every time I look at it and there is nothing worse than hating how you look. It looks as if I took scissors that were not sharp, and without knowing a damn thing about cutting hair, cut my own hair. If I am being honest, it would probably look better! I'm not sure how a trim went so wrong other than Tim clearly didn't listen to his client. As a first-time client, I was a little put off that he didn't remember my name at check in, he commented that he "was so glad I came in like I did". I came in straight from work with a messy bun. Tim claiming to be an expert stylist, used a comb initially on my hair, NEVER have I used a comb on my curls, after shampooing he wasn't gentle about combing my hair for the second time. Tim raved about his use of European products, after he was sure to tell me that my shampoo and conditioner (Joico) choice is second tier, yet I can purchase his lavish European products on Amazon. Likely counterfeit. I could go on, but I think you get the idea that this was an AWFUL experience. I must say in hindsight that my anxiety was spot on, and I am beyond REGRETFUL that I allowed this so-called stylist to do anything with my hair. And I use the word stylist very loosely. As for the salon, prepare yourself for the smell when you first walk in. It has a stench of cigarette/cigar smoke. I'm sure this is from the cigar bar next door but at any rate it is unpleasant. The salon decor is not as sophisticated as you might expect given the vibe that is trying to be conveyed. I will go as far as to say that it is somewhat juvenile with a Western Bohemian twist. Bottom line, between Tim Scissorhands and the salon being mediocre, I would definitely go someplace else.

I called the salon and asked for a master stylist and they gave me a girl named fawn…read more I showed her my delicate frizzy hair and she must not be too experienced because the highlights stayed way to long and my hair is completely fried. Fawn over processed my hair, she didn't put me under a dryer because she didn't believe I that. The color between the highlight packs she didn't put but on my grey hairs and now my hair is fried and frizzy from basic highlights. I cried for 4 days. She didn't consider my feelings textured hai and now one big pileof really I believe the only way to make this horrible hair experience right is to give me my money back to that I can go get my hair color corrected!! sincerely, Roxanne caldwel !!
