As we go inside I already feel uncomfortable. She asks me my information and such and goes to clean a tanning bed when it should already be cleaned and ready to go since it was dead in there. After I am done tanning, there is a man out there with her and she is sitting on the couch talking loudly yet again. The whole thing made me feel really uncomfortable. Save yourself a trip and just go to the one in galloway. It is much nicer and less trashy.

I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. I just vowed to never go back there again. unfortunately, a family member not knowing my feelings about this business gave me a gift card for Christmas. In looking at all the services I've had with this business I actually cringed in going back. but I figured at least I could do the ear candling which I had done before unscathed. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.
