I arrived at 2:55 and signed in. At 3:20, I told a female coworker about my reschedule, wait time, and asked if there was another technician available. She told me that she would check and would be right back. She never came back! I just left at 3:28. I walked up to the same woman that was supposed to come back to me (she was doing a pedicure) and let her know I was leaving. All she said was "Oh, you're leaving? Sorry about that".
