No answer. Okay maybe she is with a client before me... I get in one of the workers was working on coloring two people's hair. She asked if I had an appointment I said yes. She proceeded to tell me Bobbie was running late but she would be in shortly. I said okay and sat on the sofa. 10:45 comes the worker asked if I called Bobbie. I told her I tried before I came in and it went to voicemail. She told me to text her. I did and waited another 10 minutes. No response no nothing. The worker proceeded to tell me that Bobbie informed her early in the week that she had a baby shower to go to but thought that she would come in for the appts she had. You want to know the kicker Bobbie is the owner. Terrible way to run the business. Could have reached out and said sorry an emergency came up something but no. Don't recommend.

She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. She uses high quality products and has attention to detail. Another hair stylist I went to in my quest to find a hair stylist after my long-term stylist left the profession did not remove hair dye out of my ears. Rachael did. I got my hair done by Luis Santana Millan - he evened out my lopsided locks and gave me a very practical cut that needs little maintenance as I explained that I don't even like to brush my hair. Of course, he didn't let me walk out of there with bedhead - instead, he spent a looong time battling the 100 degree heat and accompanying humidity and gave me these gorgeous hot iron curls that I felt made me look like a doll! My mom had her hair cut by Debbie Santana Millan. Although Debbie herself has a truly WILD style, she really "got" my mom's own style. My mom got a chunky cut with perfectly straight across bangs, and it looked amazing, also! I usually get my hair cut at my "home" salon in Philly (shout out to American Mortals!), where I absolutely love my regular hairstylist (Shari), and I judge all "foreign" salons against this ultimate, urban standard. I admit I was a bit nervous about a random cut in the Golf Plaza strip mall across from the WalMart, but a week later I still love my haircut and would definitely go back next time I'm in town. Not only did we walk in without appointments, but we got taken care of right away! And the price really can't be beat, either - between $15-25!!!!!!
