Even if I was refunded my money, I'd still need the fix for the immediate hair plus 2 years of ongoing maintenance color. This is literally a cost to me of over $1k plus the hours and hours I will have to commit to it again. My hair feels like straw, when it was very healthy going in. Plus, there's just the fact that I'm old. 2 years is significant. I am furious. More so at the management than the stylist. This was her first day...part of the reason for 4 hours. The artist and stylist came and did an amazing job however on the 9th of June I was charged another $346.26 . This is a large sum of money !!!!! I contacted the accounts department who said the money will be refunded and to contact my bank . I never received a refund !!!! I have now had to hire a third party as well as my bank to try and retrieve my money . The way the accounts department has dealt with this is appalling !!!!! I feel very ripped off . I will be taking this further as you can not take money from hard working people . This was the first time I had taken time out for myself in years and this is how your customers are treated !!!!
