The process- We did a few strands of streaks towards the front of my hair, colored my hair throughout to bring one color, did a quick trim plus face framing cut, glossed and put the toner, washed my hair, and lastly blow dried it. For my first appointment, I went in for root touch up, to lighten the face frame (Scandi Hairline), and toner or gloss. I ended up also getting full-head balayage and trim. The staff they have washing the hair do a great job - they have comfortable sink set ups and they give you a nice head massage. Kemal wouldn't do a Scandi, but applied lots of balayage highlights to the frame of my face. I've gotten numerous compliments on the color by Kemal and have already booked my next appointment! My second appointment was for a blowout. The technician did a nice job; however, he said it would last until the next morning, but it only lasted a few hours before the wave seemed to melt away. I think the hairspray used was too gentle for my hair.
