Open before business hours so you can pop in at the start of your day or in your lunch hour. Based on Yelp reviews, I went to take a look at the salon. It was very busy on a Wed afternoon, which I took as a good sign and made an appointment for Friday. Atsuko did a fantastic job cutting and coloring my hair. Her attention to detail was impressive - she spotted mistakes in my previous haircut that even I hadn't noticed, and was very careful the the color didn't splatter or run onto my skin or clothing. I brought some photos of my ideal cut - she did a great job marrying the style to what my hair actually does. She even gave me some tips on how to blow dry it better when I am doing it myself. Plus, she managed to pull this all off in less than 2 hours! (And it didn't feel rushed). My hair looks amazing and I am so happy with it! And even though they seem to always be busy, they are somehow able to fit people in on short notice so don't be shy about calling them.

When the staff member finally came over, she was very informative and told me all about the benefits of the product and suggested that she apply some to my face so that I can see what it would look like. Anyway, all up she was fantastic and totally helped me to make my decision. She dealt with my questions patiently and really seemed to know a lot about the products.
