I followed up again before the holidays and received no response. This experience showed a clear lack of follow-through and unprofessional communication. For events where reliability and timely responses are critical, this was extremely disappointing. I was not a bride, but I was still a potential paying customer deserving of basic communication. If you want your experience to be memorable, save your time and money and go elsewhere!

JoAnn Salgado replied to my request quickly for an updo hairstyle and make-up for the wedding as a…read moremother of the groom plus a girlfriend for a total makeover.  Jo Ann is very professional, and from the very start of our discussions, she laid out plans on how and what we should be putting together such as our preferred hairstyles and glam makeup.  She's very detailed in her approach and scheduled a digital meeting before the week of the actual day.   On our actual scheduled day, she came right on time, complete with all her essential tools and devices from lights to two set of chairs and other make-up paraphernalia. JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles. I needed to replenish my Studio Fix Fluid Foundation for full coverage so I grabbed a bottle in my matched color. They also offered makeup services where you can get a full glam or natural look, and the cost can go toward product purchases, which is a nice bonus.
