I couldn't be happier that I made the switch! Michaela really took the time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair color and talked me through each step of the process. Of course, any change of color cant happen in one session, but after just my first appointment my hair already looks so much closer to my natural color. Michaela is really skilled and she offered great conversation over the length of my appointment! Basically, the result was good but I wasn't really comfortable here to be completely honest.
