I came in here for a balayage/highlight and I've had lightening services done at other salons before, and they typically took around four hours either partial or even full . In this case, I ended up being there for six hours (from 2pm to 8:20) basically until closing time and it was not the relaxing or comfortable Service I expected. My issue is not that the service took six hours; My concern is that I was never informed upfront or asked how much time I would be able to spend today. If I knew the expected timeframe beforehand, I would have discussed alternative options or a different style that may have worked better. I spent much longer in the chair than anticipated, which made the experience stressful. I requested my shade of highlights to be a more of a caramel but not blonde and somehow they thought it was okay to add toner twice making it a darker brown that I wanted. I also requested for a more visible face framing piece and the entirety of my hair just looked like it had been single processed rather than a highlight look On top of that, I was also uncomfortable when someone else commented on how "extra long" my hair was while at the shampoo bowl thinking they wouldn't hear me yet I did. the remark came across as backhanded and shady. I don't believe in leaving low star reviews to tank any businesses but I also have the right to express my discomfort on the experience

I got my bridal nails done here and I could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Tee as your nail tech! This has become my go-to spot. Current pricing for nails (as of Feb 2025) were $35 for gel mani and $45 for a pedicure. A little higher than what I've usually paid for a pedicure (average is about $35 from what I've seen), but the service is excellent and you get access to the massage chairs while you get your pedicure as well.
