But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.

If you want a real life mean girl to do your hair and make up, Jodie is it. Not only does she look down on folks she believes are "less than" her in some way, but she'll actually go out of her way to make you feel bad about that too; one time she actually poured an entire 20 ounce Sprite on someone's back in a very crowded space, then proceed to loudly say "oops", as she laughed so loud it made everyone in that crowded space notice what she did. Her, and her friend group thought this was cool. Jodie likes to judge tf out of, and, make fun of people who don't have designer clothes, wear make up, or otherwise conform to the same narrow beauty standards she must think are the only ways to be beautiful. This attitude sadly seems to be very common amongst a lot of stylists, where they do what THEY think is best, some will actually tell you no, that's not what they're doing.
