She also asked if I wanted to go platinum (which I agreed to but she should have known better as a professional and assessed my hair wasn't at the right level of lift for platinum). The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.

All smiles and looking fabulous. Deborah is my NUMBER ONE favorite manicurist on the planet! She is so exceptionally talented, all her products are high quality and her attention to detail is simply wonderful.
