I felt that Zoom really focused on client's having an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The have a lounge area where they also do coloring. This was a first for me as I'm usually just sitting in the regular salon chair while my hair gets done, but this space felt more relaxing. They also had plenty of tea options for guests. One thing that I did notice was that one side of my hair was slightly lighter than the other. I think most people wouldn't notice it though. Would definitely recommend Zoom.

Never again. I was a customer of Heather's several times and was happy with the service considering…read morethe low price, until the last time she did my hair- which will be the last. My hair was healthy and long with money pieces and visible dark brown roots. I asked her to dye my hair my natural colour, to match my roots and if she could turn my red money pieces light purple. Twice during the service, I said, "if you can't get the colour a light purple, it's no problem, I can go a dark shade." She kept saying, "I try- I do my best." Well her best was chemical frying my hair, right there in the shop she bleached my hair so many times that my long hair fell right off. Her response- "Your hair was already damaged." As for the rest of my hair, she dyed it black not dark brown. Oh, and the times I came to her saying I like a soft V cut, her response was, "straight cut looks better on you." I had trusted her, and went with it. After the last time, I realize the straight cut suggestion was because those cuts are simple and fast compared to what I wanted. Having today gone to a different hair dresser, who, yes, cost more but gave me a quality cut to fix the damage Heather did, I confidently recommend not going to Heathers, and instead paying more for a professional who cares about their service.
