She relies too much on her trainees to do the work for her instead of putting in the effort herself, which is unacceptable. I pay for a professional to do my hair, not a student. Update: I received a…read morecall from a guy named Shane who says he is the President CEO of this company. After arguing(which he said he wasnt) for 40 mins, I finally had to just hang up. He mentioned the stylist is a master level stylist. One of his point was, why didnt I go back to get the hair fixed from them, he talked about the video he watched and everything looked fine..I didnt say anything then blah blah. He kept talking over me, and I dont think he even listened to me because I answered couple times, and he would keep asking the same question over and over again. I told him, I didnt go back to get my hair fixed from them because I already have had the bad experience and I didnt trust them anymore..he asked me "why didnt I go back" atleast 5 times, he just didnt listen to me. The problem starts from the top, if this is the leadership this studio has, I would like to say that the service was A+ I had tipped the stylist too, and he asked why did I tip if I didnt like the service, I answered this to him but I am sure he didnt listen. I did tip and left the studio without much argument, I was a little shocked and was feeling miserable and I just wanted to leave. Apparently, I made a mistake by doing that. This review is not to stop from anyone trying their services. I only got a hair cut from one person, and my personal experience was bad. There may be some amazing stylist there, I dont know that. This review is only to share my experience. And my experience with this business has gotten even worse after talking to the owner. I responded promptly with all the details she asked for, only to receive a follow-up text saying that a consultation was required first and that she would be canceling my appointment and refunding my deposit. While I understand the importance of healthy hair practices and consultations, I find it extremely unprofessional to cancel someone's appointment on the same day, especially when the appointment was made well in advance. If a consultation was truly necessary, that should have been made clear at the time of booking--not at the last minute when I had already taken time off work and cleared my schedule. This experience felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon. If you value your time and reliable service, you may want to look elsewhere. I hope they improve their booking and communication process for future clients.
