Very knowledgeable hair stylist! The girls know what they're doing and what they are talking about. I had a 2 hours service and it was a little pricey but It was worth it. I will come back for many other services. She is incredible with hair color and and with hair in general. I'm so disappointed, because the 3 times Melissa did my hair, she did a good job. This would have been my 4th visit, the 2nd visit was a re-do because she had to correct something she did incorrectly first time I ever went to her; 3 out of 4 cancellations is unacceptable! But sadly each appointment was cancelled and changed to a different day by Melissa at the last minute.And I graciously accommodated and changed my scheduled plans to suit Melissa's. But the last straw was when I was driving to my 11am appt this past Saturday from Titusville (an hour away) and Melissa texted me at 1010am that she woke up late, was tired and needed to cancel, but she could do Sunday at noon. (You know because I have no other plans in life but to work around Melissa's life.) I get it, people have bad days and don't feel well, but 3 out of 4 times. I guess being your own boss at your own salon means you can treat your customers like their time is not important. She clearly doesn't care about her clients and the fact that they schedule these appointments around their busy lives too. I understand and empathize that Melissa has had breast cancer 3 years ago. I'm not upset because she gets ill sometimes, I'm upset because she has cancelled on me 3 times last minute. And rescheduled but only at her convenience. If she had texted earlier that morning before I headed out for my hour drive to her salon and not 50 minutes before it would have went down a little easier. Her reason for canceling on me yesterday was that she was tired and slept in and her back was tired. I get it, but 3 cancellations since December 2018, is not acceptable. I schedule my appointments 6 weeks out and I work full-time too so I schedule my days and time just like everyone else and like I said, the loyal customers will get sick of it eventually. read more

I didn't know exactly what I wanted but Abbigayle listened, made suggestions and I ended up with a great cut and very subtle highlights (called balayage). I just had my hair done Melissa. I am 65 and she did a fantastic job on my hair. She dyed it back to auburn, which is was, but was ruined by another hair dresser. She got it back to what I wanted and it came out better than I thought is would, plus gave me a great cut. Plus the condition of my hair is back to normal after having an over processed hair color, which left my hair damage. I came out feeling great. I highly recommend her. read more
