Wendy guided me in (door between "Hatch" and "Nest," go up one floor and turn left) and I found a very small but cozy space that was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and calming. Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful. I have only had a couple of previous waxing experiences, but this was by far the best. I am in town on vacation so sadly I will not be a regular client, but if I did, I would be.

She is the owner and refused to give me my money back. She said I had to pay for the product. M face should be back to normal in a couple months I hope. I will have to live like this until then. I've had the demarcation line with grey/silver 1/3 of the way down my hair and the rest a mix of ashy blonde, yellow, and darker brown. There was a lot going on.
