I brought this to Ashley's attention and after doing so Ashley has failed to respond to my multiple attempts to speak with her via phone calls and texts in which I was hoping we could come to some type of resolution as my brows should have last anywhere from a year to two without touch ups. However, I couldn't even get that because evidently this is not the way Ashley does business as she has completely and unprofessional "ghosted" me. My sole purpose now is to make others aware of this business or lack of to prevent another person falling victim at the hands of Ashely. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, and I will be making sure my voice is heard. By Ashley ignoring my calls/texts she has left me with no other option but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I have done however I am not stopping there, her failure to respond to me and come to some type of agreement tells me that she and her so-called business are only out for one thing...other people's money without rendering the services bought in good faith.
