January 14, 2026- $65 February 25, 2026- $70 April 8, 2026- $75 When I questioned Anna the owner of the salon and showed her my receipts she confirmed the total was $70 for my hair service today (April 8, 2026, but she charged me $75). She did not refund me the additional money she charged me and pretended like she didn't understand english. If you are going to support this salon keep all your receipts because Anna is dishonest and a THIEF!!! I will no longer support this business and I have filed a claim for the additional funds that Anna did not refund me after admitting she overcharged me for my service.

I showed up and she was honestly a little rude, but hey- the lashes were getting done so I was happy about that. She also kept saying that I had "so many lashes" in a negative tone, which sounded like a complaint to me in a way? Anyways, after the appointment I scheduled a fill in appointment 2 weeks out on August 5. About a week prior to that fill-in, I messaged Crystal asking if she has another day available that week. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! But if you need any type of appointment or time alteration, even a week and a half out, don't come to Envy.

I only had an initial install and had to cancel my follow up due to traveling for work. But my initial install was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I feel asleep a few times. I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.
