One of the worst hair cuts I've gotten. Had to call 30 different salons to try and find someone with immediate availability to fix this. Hair is uneven, choppy, took off way more than I asked for. Went from long hair to a bob. Do not go here. read more

I walked in with my aunt, who had an appointment, we were greeted by two of the nicest two stylists. I asked if they could squeeze me in and after trying very hard to fit me somewhere, I was apologized to over and over. I asked if tomorrow would be better and I was given my pick of time....wow, I thought that was awesome! I showed up at 9:00a.m., was greeted again by the two same stylists (did they sleep here) and they were as nice and friendly as the day before. It's funny how I never had a complaint from any of the girls. Always laughing & giggles, every time I went in there. And I always gave $10.00 tips. No one was never uncomfortable. & no one ever told me they were . One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. It was only your representative in the front with an attitude who stares everybody down snaps at everybody like a snapping turtle; that left a bad taste in everyone's mouth about such incident. clearly whoever is siding with her because thev're obviously afraid of her for some other reason . Clear case of discrimination. It's sad that I am local to your establishment and a taxpayer and a frequent customer and you were siding with the individual who is completely wrong about such incident. Your business will be affected by this because I am going to tell everyone, I know how you guys treated me and my mother, for no reason discriminating against us .I have good interactions with people everywhere I go, but they're always one bad apple somewhere along the way. I find that Hair Cuttery's are always hit or miss, and this one is a miss. I went to this location again recently, and didn't realize until after I left that the woman had taken at least an inch more off one side of my head than the other (in the layers); I promptly went back in and tried to explain it to her but she insisted she'd done no wrong and I felt pretty uncomfortable. Anyway, I had to have my daughter touch things up a bit but I am still feeling a bit lopsided. We won't be going back - I only went because the usual place that I go to is closed on Sundays. My first time here. My son got seen right away. Simple easy cut and shape up for him. My daughter had a wait. The original person who took her was not able to do that cut. Kinda didn't want to cut her beautiful long hair into a pixie. So we waited alittle longer and Dorsie end up taking care of my daughter too. Wash, cut and blow dry. From long to tapered pixie cut. Went here tonight for the first time and had an excellent experience. My 4 yr old daughter was getting her first hair cut and she loved every minute. Highly would not recommend getting your hair cut here. I haven't been here in over 8 years. Decided to go here again because it was close & open & didn't look busy. I was the only customer in the store which I can see why. Long story short I got my hair cut 3 days later developed a lump in the back of my hair line. Kept getting worse & worse. Had to get it surgically cut out twice & stitched up. The tests results came back as "staph" infection. Would think twice about going here. read more

AWFUL. 1 star is too good for this dump. I came here last week and was seen by Angie. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair cut - the length being at the top of the shoulders. I went home and after drying and straightening my hair, noticed that my hair was WAY shorter than what I wanted. On top of that, the back was all choppy and uneven. It looked horrendous. I went back and when I complained and asked for a refund, she didn't even offer an apology. She sent me to Ashley, who somehow made my hair MORE uneven. When I told her it was too short, her response to me was, "Well, I can't put on what I took off." i was so irate I left. I will not be back. Please put the money that I originally requested to be refunded towards professional management or hair classes. You could use both. read more
