My nails looked great and since I came in early on a Sunday I was out within an hour. The next time I visited, I'd waited too long and one nail was lifting. Since I was a walk-in I was assigned a young man, who even though I showed him the lift first, used the drill and hurt the nail badly with the lift. He did apologize but seemed less experienced. A few weeks later I called and made an appointment asking for Mary again and was told 1pm. When I arrived 5 min early I let the front desk know I'd made a 1pm appointment with Mary. I was asked to sit. After waiting for a half hour I asked how much longer and was then told that there was no appointment on the book for me. Mary stood in front of me, asked me what time I called and asked two other technicians if they'd made an appointment and was told no. She then told me I had not made an appointment. I asked if there was another technician available and was told no, but could I come back at 3pm. I felt like I was being called a liar, was uncomfortable and left. Not sure why they didn't let me know when I walked in and feel this could have been managed better.

I showed her a couple pictures and she said it would be no problem with my curly hair. Tara cut off a good amount of hair and then to my surprise she straightened it. I never ever straighten my hair. It's a very nice cut and she styled it beautifully. I told her I would never straighten my hair myself and she said it would be just as nice curly (and much easier). She was right. I washed my hair and styled it curly and I love it! I would definitely recommend this salon, and Tara. My whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back! Thanks Tara!

I left and came back the charge was for more than discussed. She gave my child gel instead of a regular nail polish and expected me to pay the extra. My trust was lost. I cannot recommend a business that has questionable practices especially when you can get better service and prices up the road. I have 2 stars because the nails were nice. The toes were sloppy! I learned later that this is common practice here. They charge you more than what they say.
