Had to wait over 30 min when I had an appointment booked weeks in advance. No one cared so I walked out. This place is not cheap enough to deal with their attitude. This was my first time in probably 12 years getting my hair cut by a professional, I went in very nervous because every time I've ever gotten my haircut it's turned out the opposite of what I've asked for but my stylist Alex was good about asking me what I wanted and didn't want. She spoke to me throughout my time with her so there wasn't an awkward silence, overall for the price it was worth the money my hair turned out good and Alex is nice I would recommend booking an appointment with her. read more

We called earlier in the day to set up an appointment. We were told that they were only doing walk-ins that day so we decided to go after lunch. When we arrived we were given a 20 minute wait time but we didn't get seen until almost an hour later. Not really a big deal, businesses get busy. But then the woman completely hacked my son's hair. It looks nothing like the photo I showed her, she took entirely too much from all over and left a Picasso-like hair do in the aftermath. I asked her to fix it around the ears and she went in and made it worse so we just got up, paid, and left before anymore damage could be done. When I tried to sign in online prior to my appointment, the system said online check-in was unavailable. When I arrived, this seemed to surprise the staff. There were 4 people ahead of me in line, and staff were unable to give an estimate as to wait time. As I waited for nearly an hour, it turned out that two of the people ahead of me in line had signed in but left without getting a haircut. When I was finally seated for my haircut, the three people on staff spent the majority of the time talking about how much they wanted to go home and complaining about their other co-workers who were not their at the time. It was uncomfortable and seemed like none of them wanted to be there. The haircut itself was pretty good, and I would like to return due to the convenient location, but the wait time and poor customer service will have me looking elsewhere. read more

I went in as a Walk-in and asked how long was the wait, I was informed it was an hour. Knowing I was a walk-in I agreed, this was 11am on a Friday. When I arrived there were 3 stylists and they were all behind the bar working on people and there were 3 of us waiting. Those two people quickly were taken back and serviced, I, however, was left waiting for two hours, Since I had to be at work 1:30, I bailed. I don't know if these people are quality at their craft, but I do know that without an appointment you won't get service. When I asked to be taken off the list, no motion was made to ask if I would like to schedule an appointment, and a small apology was made, but truthfully it wasn't earnest. read more

I usually have a great experience when I visit this location, but today was horrible. I actually created a yelp so I could leave this review due to the horrific experience I had today. The person who helped me was Justine. Avoid her at all costs. I asked for a hair trim and eye brow wax. My eyebrows do not look any better than they did when I walked in. She didn't trim them in the longer areas or take care of the tops. She got wax on my eye lid so when I blink my eye lid sticks to the rest of my eye. I'm going to have to go home and pluck everything she missed. Usually, I would ask the person to fix the little things they missed - but she missed so much I knew it wasn't worth it to ask. I shouldn't have let her touch my hair once I saw my eyebrows. My hair is at most medium length. Barely below my shoulders. She charged me for long hair blow dry. My hair is not long at all. My hair is also frizzier than it was when I walked it. My hair is thin and has some normal heat damage but it's not frizzy at all. My hair has NEVER been this fizzy in my entire life. She even did a deep conditioning...so I'm a little confused about why my hair ended up so frizzy. I'm 99% sure it's her blow drying technique...which by the way left a "lump" in the back of my hair. I had to remind her to trim my bangs because she forgot. The bangs don't look horrible, they are a little too short (she cut them wet and cut too much off while wet)..but my bangs grow faster than the rest of my hair so, I'll live. BUT she gave me EXTRA bangs. She had a few longer strands in my bangs and instead of putting them back where they belonged she cut them...she gave me more bangs. I have never had such a bad experience with a hair cut before...and have never been more disappointed. I was overcharged and my hair and eye brows look like sh*t. But hey - I still tipped 20% because I'm a decent human. Avoid JUSTINE. I had to give this a star to post. It doesn't deserve a star. read more
