Called earlier in the day to make an appointment and was given one at 3:30 and another one fifteen minutes later for my friend. When we arrived they treated us like we were incompetent and told us that they didn't have an appointment and that they closed in a couple of minutes. This was at 3:20. We showed them the number we called and they said it was their number. They went to talk to one of the four people working (with only one guest in the salon) and she also denied taking the phone call. They said this was the second time in three days this has happened before they came back to talk to us. We tried to make another appointment which they said they were closed Sunday. The door says that they are opened til 6 Monday- Saturday and open for appointments on Sunday. I am appalled and would like to cash in my certificate because I do not want to get my hair done here. If they can't even keep an appointment how can I trust that they can do my hair.

Kyle cut my hair, When I showed up for my 12:15 appointment I was greeted with "I've been ready…read moresince 12". I asked Kyle to get the hair off my ears and raise the back off my neck. I sensed he was struggling to do as I ask but when he started trimming my top, I said something. He tried to justify it by saying he was blending but why does getting hair off my neck and ears require blending my hair on top of my head? He took as much as 2 inches in some areas. I am now stuck trying to keep my short hair out of my face for the next 5 weeks, even with hair product. Despite my last name, I'm not a professional Barber, but I've been getting this head of mine cut for over 67 years and know when I'm not getting what I ask for. Kyle did not give me what I asked for.
