Instead he did zero layers and chopped the sides of my hair to look like a grade schooler. I walk in and tell the man sitting at the desk my name and time of my appointment. He had no idea had to go find someone. They had no idea who was working the day before and started texting thier stylists. When I got frustrated the owner jumped down my throat being defensive and stating in a very loud and aggressive tone "What do you want me to do about it!" She really took the time to walk me through everything, asked about my dress and the look I was going for, and made thoughtful choices (like leaving the curls intact so they'd last into the next day). Not only is she incredibly talented, she's also just so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I got so many compliments, and honestly, I haven't felt that pretty in a while.
