My hair typically takes perms very well, so this result was especially surprising and frustrating. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, so returning for a correction isn't a simple option, nor can I afford to take additional time off work to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. This is, without question, one of the worst perms I've ever had, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
