I wish I could put 10 stars! I went to see Katrina yesterday and had her fix what a high end salon screwed up about 6 months ago. My hair was about 10 different colors ranging from ligh orange to Ronald McDonald bright disgusting orange, with a huge blotch of bleached out white on each side that looked like mickey mouse ears. I waited 6 months to get it fixed so my hair would be in halfway decent shape to reprocess. I was so nervous to go to another hair salon, but knew I had to do something! So I booked an appointment with Katrina at Hair Cuttery. There was just something about her profile on the app that drew me to her. It must have been fate! I have found my new hairdresser for life. She took 4 hours out of her day to fix my hair, she colored, foiled, toned, trimmed, styled, blow-dried and made me feel like a woman again! For 6 months now I have been avoiding going out anywhere that I would care what people thought about how I looked. Katrina gave me back my confidence. My husband said that this is the best my hair has ever looked! If you are looking for someone who takes the time to listen, does what you ask, and is AMAZING with foils, book with Katrina! The store in general is the LEAST competitive Hair Cuttery I have ever been in. The ladies all worked together and helped one another, showing that comradeship wins in this store over trying to grab all the clients to make the most money. I was not told the girl that's in my hair was new to the business. My appointment was at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 20,2026. It took her 4 1/2 hours to do a partial and a trim and a blow dry. It was not the standard partial that I'm used to. She put so much bleach in the foils that she pulled a trashcan underneath my chair and was pulling out my foils with a glove and then leaving my other foils in because they weren't done yet never in my life. Have I seen this before I'm 57 years old I've been in salons all over the country on the East Coast, especially and I felt out like I was going to faint. Then finally at 2 PM went back to the bowl to get my hair wash and that took her a full half hour. And then toner she said she would be back in 10 minutes and she didn't come back for 15 minutes. I couldn't breathe and she proceeded to cut my hair and it felt like I was watching. How do you cut your hair on Google then proceeded to blow dry my hair and that took forever and I kept telling her I'm hungry I don't feel good. I need to leave so finally at 3:15 I said please stop blow drying my hair I will pay and I have to leave gave her 20% tip. It was $205 total for a five hour ordeal and now I have a rash in the back of my neck and a huge problem with the coloring of my hair. It's yellow. My whole family is saying that I don't look normal. I need my money back and I need it immediately. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. I've tried but no answer. If anyone can help me please help me. This girl should've told me that she was new. I asked her how long she had been there. She said since last July I looked at her license on her mirror and it said January. Number one she didn't listen to me about what I wanted. She said it kept adding bleach and bleach and bleach in the foils. It was very disrespectful and inappropriate and now I have a full rash the back of my neck and on my scalp I've washed my hair three times in the past day and I'm having an allergic reaction to how long and how much bleach she used please help thank you read more

My 6 year old and I visited this location last week for his haircut. I made an appointment with a stylist through the app, arrived five minutes before and was told there was someone in front of me for my assigned stylist so there would be a little wait. I said that was totally fine and i understood things get backed up. After waiting forty-five minutes and watching someone who arrived a half hour after us get serviced by the stylist we were waiting for, i went up to the front desk to ask what was going on. The lady at the front desk looked for his information in the system and couldn't find it. This was after we were checked in forty five minutes prior. I'm a reasonable person and understand mishaps happen, but this woman was rude and didn't offer any apologies for the mishap. She just said she could take us now after a bunch of sighs, which i said was fine because it was our first visit to the salon. The stylist wasn't important to me. We got back to the seat and she didn't say a single word to my son other than 'look down' as she jerked his head around. There was no smile, no personality like you'd expect from someone working with a child. I get it, this isn't a children's hair salon, but it's the first time I've taken him somewhere and experienced this type of attitude. Unfortunately the cut isn't great either. I asked to keep it long on the top at the very beginning of the cut and she proceeded to chop his hair nearly into a buzz cut. It was an overall disappointment. The stylist was very sweet to my daughter, but I paid for a shampoo and cut and she only got it wet. Then I asked to get change from a $20, but she only had 5s and 10s! I paid $23 for a wet cut. We will not be going back because it is the second cut that doesn't work. Even when I explained that she needed it shorter, it was still hanging in her face. She meant well, but we now have to get it cut again, somewhere else. read more

I went in during a slow time of day with no appointment, and didn't have to wait at all. When seated, the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and took her time cutting my hair. She was genuinely concerned with doing the job right. When I left, I felt like I had gotten my money's worth, and a decent haircut. I know it's the luck of the draw when trying a stylist, but this is the WORST haircut I've had in years. When you preface what you want with "chin length and I need to tuck the hair behind my ears", and it's a trim, you sort of expect to walk out with a similar cut you came in with, only neatened up. I now have to use a headband to keep this chopped section from falling into my eyes. Wasn't looking for an asymmetrical haircut or anxious to go through the "growing out your bangs" phase. Ugh.
