She's cut my hair three times so far, and I've loved the results every single time. I have been getting my haircut, etc. by Katie at Hair Cuttery on Cole Road for a little over eight years, every time I walk into the salon I am greeted with the most cheerful of welcomes. Not only is Katie an awesome stylist I consider her my friend and confidant. In addition, everyone that works there is friendly and willing to go the extra mile all the time. I recommend the salon to many people and rave about the friendliness and expertise in the salon as well as how clean it always is. Katie is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She brings professionalism, genuineness, and laughter everytime I'm in her chair. I always leave satisfied and enjoy my experience at the Hair Cuttery when she's at the helm. My suggestion to make the experience a little better would be to provide hot towels to really help take in that fresh cut feeling. Nothing beats a hot towel finish after a fresh cut, I mean heck, super cuts does it. ​I know Dennis would have loved to enhance the customer experience and keep people coming back through those doors. Morgan took me in for a quick eyebrow wax while I was in town. She was friendly, professional & such a pleasure to work with! The vibe of the entire store was phenomenal. I was greeted by another staff member as well who was equally as friendly. Morgan took the extra time to see how I liked each eyebrow and asked my feedback before proceeding to the next one. My oldest is neurodivergent and has sensory issues. She is calm, patient, and always takes the time to engage with his interests. My youngest is all antsy boy.
