It's a well known spot in Bowling Green, so if you stop by Hairitage any time remotely near peak times, you'll end up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Usually they have 4-5 barbers working, so if you're not waiting for a specific barber, you could be in and out within an hour easily. Personally, I've gone to Hairitage 5-10 times and can wholeheartedly recommend Brian. Brian does great work, and potentially more importantly, his work is consistent. Brian's done a great job of remembering how my style usually goes, as well as providing a good environment to hang out in, and has become a friendly face over the past year. The barbers are always having fun with one another and seeing their antics unfold adds a nice light touch to the haircut experience. No gimmicks, and barbers who know what they're doing -- I'd absolutely recommend you give Hairitage a try.

Waited 5 minutes while she assisted another barber. That was fine. Waited 20 more minutes while she microwaved and fixed what seemed to be food. Apparently, because I could see her sitting down, she was eating breakfast. Nobody acknowledged my presence. Kept receiving messages "on deck." She still ate or whatever. Asked the other barber if she knew I was even there. She said that she would tell her. I waited about three minutes and the lady never did that. I left telling them I am "out of here." Nobody said anything. As soon as I was in the car, I received another "on deck" message. Sorely disappointed to say the least!
