Meagan gave me the best haircut I'd had in at least 7 years!! She listened to what I wanted & did exactly that! She was very precise and did a great job of blending the grey into my cut. She achieved what I wanted as well as offering feedback which I like. I am definitely going back to her & so thankful I found my new hairdresser! She & I really bonded & chatted the whole time. I went to Xpress Cuts on 08/13/2022 for a haircut. When I was finished, I inadvertently grabbed…read morethe stylist's cell phone off of the counter thinking it was mine. 45 minutes later when I realized I had someone else's phone, I returned to Xpress Cuts and asked the other stylists if anyone was missing a phone because I had one and it wasn't mine. They all said NO, NO ONE is missing a phone here. So I left. The stylist who cut my hair then went to my job and told my manager that I stole her phone and that if I did not return it she was going to call the police. This took place after I tried to return the phone. My mom was in the store at the same time, and she proceeded to call my mom a bitch. I got a call from my manager telling me some lady was going to call the police over a cell phone and I then knew whose phone it was so I immediately returned it to Xpress Cuts. The stylist needs to be fired for going to my job, threatening to call the police on me, and accusing me of stealing her phone. Mind you, I returned to Xpress Cuts 30 minutes after she cut my hair and tried to return the phone only to be told no one there was missing a phone. The stylist made a total fool of herself and I cannot recommend that anyone visit this salon.

I have been going to Hair Design System for over 15 years. I have also used other Salons/Hair stylist, but I always find myself returning to HDS. Why? They are simply Real. They aren't here to sell you gimmick products or tell you that you would look beautiful being a blonde (and your naturally 'not a blonde'.) Oh, they could do it and make it look like you were born that way, but they are also going to tell you the upkeep is work! You never have to worry about having to only use one Stylist- they all work together (no hurt feelings.) My son uses Jana, my daughter may use Jana or Angie, I use Angie and have used another stylist in the salon when there were scheduling conflicts. Just easy. They are honest, professional, kind, talented, trustworthy and most importantly, to me, they are the best at what they do and they do it with a smile; no matter what kind of day they are having. They truly love their career. Just go and try them out. You just might find your second family. read more

I've been coming to Hair Design System since the 80s. I got some really good perms back in the day! Nice big ringlets!! Anyway, they're even better than ever, today. They make their own products and they're wonderful for your hair. I've gone to Angie for years, now. She is very attentive and listens to your wants. She gets it right every time. She uses the latest techniques, along with a wealth of experienced knowledge and skills. She takes her time in styling your hair to perfection, so make plans to do something afterwards because you'll want to show off your beautiful hair! Chloe Brown is the most awesome when it comes to hair! She did my hair perfect! I told her that I wanted to have a facial and massage as well that day, but had no idea what to ask for. Got my first ever massage and facial at Time in a Bottle. My son gave me a gift card there. The massage was great, facial too. Included in the pkg was lunch and a pedicure. The ladies there are so friendly and the service was impeccable. I will ask for more gift cards for birthday and Christmas. Can't wait to go back! read more
