She had to leave the room twice, constantly hacking on my girlfriend. The whole reason we stayed at the Artesian was to use the spa. Very unprofessional and i would have rather they just canceled on us. They did make it right economically, by giving a half refund afterwards, but it was still a bad experience. My guy wasn't very good, but at least he didn't sneeze and hack all over me. The lady at the desk was very understanding and professional when I brought the issue up to her, so I do want to say they handled it well from that standpoint. I booked several treatments. My 1st two were with the sweetest girl named Cameron who did my foot scrub and mud wrap. It was so relaxing and loved the head massage. Next I went in for the body scrub and massage with Jason. He is the man with the magic hands. It was by far the best massage I've ever had I decided to book another one the next day! Great experience in the quaint little town.
