These people are the biggest scammers ever! Tried to up charge me for every little thing! Took my little sister with me and she cried after seeing her nails!! So I refused to let them do mine and that's when they got violent! They grabbed my arm and took the plastic off my nails very intensely! Then continued to make me pay for my sisters horribly done nails and called me broke!!! Super rude, unprofessional and untalented!! This place used to be my favorite!! Unfortunately I have to find another place! They did okay but definitely not as good as the other owners. On Thursday I had a pedi & mani like I usually get. This time, it was a lot less care & attention. My nails are already growing out. The woman made no attempt to talk, which is fine, but she didn't ask me how I wanted my nails. Well..... This sucks!!!! My nails are my nails are bumpy and they are totally not straight, I do not suggest going because they make your fingers look like they've been beaten up for days. They're really not the shape I wanted and they're so bumpy you could see the bombs when you look at them and they're not even colored in all the way. I would not suggest going there your nails will look awful!!! read more

I have been to Magic Nails twice and both times they have done a great job on my feet. A regular pedicure is only $25. I don't recommend going when they are too busy because they tend to rush. Also they give out these cool little stamp cards. Every time you spend $25 there they stay your card and when your stamp card is full you get you next whatever 10% off. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The man who works there is down right dude and hateful! I have never been treated so horribly before. My 5 year old has begged for her nails to be paints for 2 weeks. When we get there she asked for 2 colors and he said it was fine. Apparently the 2nd color was "thick" and couldn't be used so instead of asking her if she wanted a different color they did the same one color. While her nails were drying she messed up 2 of them. I asked if he could fix them and he yelled, I will not fix over and over again, I will charge you for every time! Hmm.. first of all, you didn't even do the colors she wanted and second it's 2 nails! If you have children I do not suggest taking them there. He was so hateful my 5 year old was almost in tears from him yelling at me. read more

the absolute worst ! my necie , daughter and i went in to have refills done and my daughter to have a pedicure and polish, to start it off.. they were to damn busy watching there phone's not paying attention to our nails , they filled our nails down bad , they are now rough and uneven and the best part is they didn't even fill our nails in, can you say lazy dumbass!? 18 dollars for something that looked better before they got a hold of! now part 2, they didn't even fill the water tub for my lil girls pedicure, all they did is slap some old was nail polish on her, that was coming off before we left the building! and yet they got upset because we left no tip!!!!! people do not wast your money in there, you will not leave happy!!!! read more

My friend and I stayed in cabins at Turner Falls and decided to go into Sulphur for pedicures. I was VERY disappointed in the "service" we received. First, the owner (?), a woman, was VERY rude. The other employee was a man, whom I assumed was her meek husband. The $25 pedicure consisted of a foot soak in barely warm water, a little bit of scrubbing, and a polish change in the span of about 25 minutes. No foot or leg massage like you get in Dallas. The woman shooed the man away and she did the nail polish, but she did it so thick and fast, the polish couldn't dry properly, it bubbled, and it was chipping in 3 days. So not worth $25. read more

This place gets credit for its nice and clean environment. But the personal treatment and care on a social level "stinks". The man and woman were both rude and unwilling to communicate clearly for me to understand them and what I needed for my nail care. I will never step foot in their business again! My friend who was with me, (Deaf), was also treated rudely....that makes two strikes!!!! Be forewarned...if you are Deaf or hearing impaired, you might need to find business elsewhere. They are not friendly or tolerant in a "Deaf Aware" community. read more
