One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've ever had. First, the spa whirlpool had visible mold--definitely not what you'd expect from a place that markets itself as relaxing or upscale. When I got to my room, the shower didn't have hot water. I went to call the front desk and realized... there was no phone in the room. I had to use my personal cell to report the issue, and they told me maintenance would be sent up. Thirty minutes passed with no word, so I went downstairs myself--it was now 9 PM. I was told, "We tried to call your room, but maintenance went home, and we couldn't reach you." That was frustrating on multiple levels: 1) My cell never rang, and 2) they couldn't call the room because it didn't have a phone. They also never bothered to come up and speak to me directly. Eventually, they moved me to another room--only for me to find out the A/C wasn't working. At that point, I had to call again. Oh, and before I forget: in the first room, the shampoo container had some kind of gunk or buildup on it. It was gross--clearly not cleaned properly and not something anyone should have to touch. It wasn't until 9:45 PM that I finally settled into my third room of the night. Thankfully, this one had a working shower, a phone, and working A/C. But by then, the stress had already taken its toll. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. Between the maintenance issues, lack of communication, unsanitary conditions, and poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend staying here. read more

Beware if the city shuts off water!! HOTEL - Had a suite. Was pretty good. Room and bathroom mostly clean. Some stains on chair, curtains had some food or something on them. Price we paid, expected better cleaning. SPA-busy and not very private...very rushed to get your robe on and come into the room. They called my name and were waiting on me, no dressing room available--had to change in the toilet room, no hook for clothes on door. Therapists were pretty good. For price we paid for couples massage we expected more of a relaxing experience. Like I said it was so crowded middle of the week. Felt very rushed running us in and out like cattle in an alley. Didn't get to utilize any of the other "amenities" in the spa like sauna or whirlpool, etc. automatically add 20% gratuity. RESTAURANT-poor experience. Won't be back. Left review on the Springs at the Artesian. CASINO was pretty good. Bartender less than friendly and definitely didn't want to earn tips. Drinks expensive. Older lady in the players club (I think Cheryl) was super cool, friendly, helpful and loved her job!! Very disappointed in the experience with the city shutting off the water and no prior notice from the hotel. Guess it would turn away too much revenue? There was a listing on their website for water to be shut off nightly July 14-18, 2025 but not almost 2 weeks later when we stayed. Went to use the bathroom at casino at 10:30 to find them blocked off, I asked and they said it was the city. So no pop, no bathrooms, turned the lights off in the bar. Just a shame. So, they had porta potty's and a hand wash station outside for guests to use! Gross! Went back to room around midnight and called the front desk and they advised me not to try and use water til 7 am. Toilets wouldn't flush. Front desk staff, didn't have name tag- a Native American male was friendly upon check in and then at checkout we had a very friendly red headed male that seemed to enjoy his job and get to know his guests. read more

Extremely disappointed! Shear curtain had a huge rip and the curtain was not attached at the top corner and was hanging. The truck noise ( Jake brake ) that went on ALL night long was unbearable , it woke me from a sleep EVERY time. The chair had multiple stains on it. Loved the escape to the Artesian. Spent 2 nights there, used the spa for massage (not cheap but very good). Hotel was very clean and well laid out. Pools and spas very nice. Casino was small, smoke filled but adequate even tho we did not loiter in the casino or drop a penny due to cigarette smoke. Restaurant was acceptable but not stellar. Ambiance is fine. Wait staff was very nice and efficient tho. Food was good but not fantastic- but the price of the food (& drinks) was fair. I did not feel gouged. I've been to the town of Sulphur many times over many decades. Love to walk the nature and enjoy the nostalgia. That said the town of Sulphur itself is personally very very poor. The Rolling Stones song that incorporates the lyric " poverty is picturesque " definitely does NOT apply to the town of Sulphur. To me it's astonishing that many of the town's residents live in such squalor. That said, I definitely would return. Enjoy the visit. read more

I took my bestie here for her birthday. When we arrived we had to wait for a room to be ready. Then when we checked in there was a hole in my bedsheet. The staff was friendly and responsive to questions. We had spa services and that staff was also nice. After our spa services we had appetizers and drinks at The Fountain and it was good. The drinks and food. There's a lack of dinner options in this area so make sure you're aware of that before you go. Overall we had a good and relaxing girls trip and the hotel was decent. read more

Rooms are very nice and roomy. Beds are comfortable. The lobby areas are spacious and well appointed. Employees are nice and helpful. The only drawback is their casino. It is extremely smokey. For new players, you have to lose a lot of money before you get the single point to get 5 dollars in free play. We were more used to getting 8 to 10 dollars in free play without having to lose overb10 bucks to get it. read more

Not only is the only dealer at the only table rude, she seemed to also seemed to enjoy taking our money. Please note, this review is only for the spa. I was treated to a Swedish massage for my birthday from a friend of mine so this does not include a review for a night at the hotel. We checked in for our massage and my masseuse took me back to the woman's locker room, where she explained where to put my things and where to wait for her when I was done. She was super nice and friendly and her instructions were awesome. It's self is small but very nice. It smells great and it's clean. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's a perfect place to get away from the city. My masseuse was great. She introduced herself and asked if I was experiencing any complications. I told her about my right knee and that probably was a mistake. She went a little too easy on me but she was wonderful! I honestly wanted to take her home with me so she can give me a massage every single day for the rest of my life LOL. I was calm and relaxed and I felt like 1 million bucks leaving the spa. After both of our massages, my girlfriend and I hung out in the women's locker room and catching up. I had cucumber water and just enjoy the ambience of the place. We were greeted with the front drive and half of the entrances blocked and closed off. Once we found a way into the hotel lobby, we were then greeted with this loud, obnoxious noise of floor fans. We find out upon check in there had been a water break. The bar, restaurant, lobby elevator, and the entire lobby was closed down. The receptionist staff was rude when dealing with guests. There was no complimentary coffee to be had in the mornings. There was no food to be had at any point in the day and night. We couldn't get the vending machines to work. Hopefully you had a meal or packed food. Our room wasn't properly cleaned. The refrigerator had the previous guests things in it and we had to dispose of it. The sheets had holes in them. The bathroom tissue holder was rusted. We had one hanger in the closet. The casino is almost laughable. I've seen roadside gas station casinos larger than this one. Their drinks are over priced and I was charged for more drinks on my tab than I had. I asked a young worker a question about a machine, she went and got security who told me that they don't know the answer and I'm not allowed to bring outside alcohol into their casino. I told him I purchased the alcohol there and he didn't believe me. Lastly, when we asked about a discount for all of the amenities we missed out on and didn't get to use, we were told "No, we don't do that." Sincerely, Won't stay here again. read more

I really wanted to love this hotel, but it failed to live up to expectations on virtually every front. While it certainly has the appearance of a boutique hotel, particularly from the outside, the service was no better or different than what you'd expect from a Hampton or Holiday Inn. There were no bellmen to assist with luggage, no one to greet you as you walked in, no one to check in and see if everything was right with your room, and no sense of true hospitality on the part of anyone working at the hotel (except for those working at the restaurant during the morning shift and the massage therapists; they were excellent). My understanding is that this hotel once had a culture of excellence, but that was not on display during our visit. As far as our room was concerned, the drapes were stained, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, the shower had hair in it (not ours), the TV intermittently worked on some channels, and there was no way to turn the fan off on the AC/furnace unit, so it was blowing all the time. The spa was nice and our massage therapists were excellent; however, the hot tub was closed down, so if we wanted to use a hot tub, we had to use the one in the hotel, not the spa. The most disappointing part of this experience was the service. With the exception of the crew working the breakfast shift at the restaurant, everything was mediocre at best. The bartender at the hotel bar was less than enthusiastic at being there, our waiter for the evening meal was so-so (not rude, but also not welcoming), and the person sitting at the desk near the front door (bellman? security guy?) didn't say a word to you as you passed by him coming or going. Like I said, I wanted to love this place, but this was a one-and-done visit for us. The best "service" on the grounds was from the owner of the tea and spice shop located on the lower level. He was outgoing, friendly, and helpful. In other words, he made you feel special that you were there. The management at the Artesian should hire him to do some consulting and training. read more

For $229 a night, this place was very underwhelming. The room was muggy and there wasn't enough space or drawers for all of our stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful. But for the price we were disappointed. The saving grace for this place is the restaurant and the cute shops and cafe connected to the hotel. We went for a birthday celebration and enjoyed the spa treatment and when I asked if they do anything special for birthdays they offered cupcakes! Little did I know they would charge me $15 for 3 little cupcakes! I wish they divulged that information when I asked about birthday treats! Definitely not worth it overall! read more

Let me start by saying I have had 3 parties here and never had any issues. I called September to reserve a suite at this hotel, I specifically asked if it is still ok to have a small bday party at the indoor pool like I have in the past. The person I spoke with said yes. I then called again the day of my reservation and asked if it is still ok to have 10 girls at the pool for 2 hours for a small party. Andy said yes it's not a problem. When we arrived and checked in we set up 2 clusters of balloons, and a cake on a table. We were then approached by the "supervisor" Alvin John. He stated there could only be 4 people in any area of the hotel including the pool. It was 10 minutes before guests arrived. We had to move our things to a conference room and disappoint all the girls and specifically the birthday girl on her 13th bday. I also want to say it was a Wednesday and the pool was completely vacant. We have spoken with several members of the staff at the hotel and were told this specific supervisor Andy, is the only 1 that has a problem with guests at the pool. I paid nearly $300 for the room, and stay at this hotel at least twice per year. I also always recommend this hotel to numerous people in my network. I will never stay at this hotel again. You have lost a customer as well as my recommendation. read more

Just left the hotel 7/15/24. Check in went well and our room was ready "early" at 2:00pm! Once getting to the room we noticed just how run down this hotel had become. The bathroom was dirty, the whole floor smelt like mildew, the decor blanket ON the bed had multiple nasty stains, the lamps were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced long ago, the ice tongs had food on them, and last but not least the floor was damp! I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms and the front desk lady was so kind to make that happen for us. Although we appreciated her kindness we unfortunately were still very disappointed in the second room as well. The theme seems to be that this hotel is becoming run down and is not what it was even 5 years ago. Also, side note that the restaurant on site is just no longer what it was. Their appetizer/lounge area was closed as well due to being "un mandated." For the price point of this hotel you would and should expect more! read more

Very small casino, no waitresses only one bartender who doesn't pay attention. The restaurant is okay- the salmon was over cooked and the "margarita" was margarita mix and nothing else. The rooms are okay- the TVs are dated- no TV guide, only a handful of channels that work and the tablet thing in the room do not work either. The toilet paper is worse than a hospital, sand paper tough and thin! There are barely any lights in the bathroom, the cabinets are scuffed, chipped and broken. The shower curtain is gross and old. I asked "Spacey" (is what she said her name was) at the front desk if there were any other bars or restaurants within walking distance and she said, "no. There's not any." I searched and found one around the corner and asked her about it. She said, "it's Wednesday." ... I said yes, it's Wednesday. She responded with, "they're closed on Wednesdays, they do church or something, they're weird." On the day of departure the housekeeping lady (room 410) with long hair banged on our door at 10am and said oh, do you need anything? I said no and she left. She banged on our door again at 11 am sharp and said, "do you have a late check out" I said no and asked her what Time check out was. She said 11. I told her it JUST turned 11 and she needed to give us a few minutes. The hotel was practically empty and this lady was pushing us out the door for no reason when we were TRYING to leave ! Not helpful and very unprofessional. With so many hotel/casino options, I recommend going somewhere else. The Artisan prides themselves on being a "boutique" hotel but the employees definitely don't treat you like it's a boutique hotel and the rooms are not anything special. read more

We weekend getaways at the Artesian! Very good pricing for such a luxurious hotel stay! The hot tub is my favorite feature, but they also have an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, fitness room, etc. no one is ever in them either. Really private; we mostly get the hot tub to ourselves when we go. It's so very quiet and fancy, but the service is astonishing. We had an issue with our room not cooling so we mentioned it to the desk and went out shopping for an hour. When we came back, the room was perfectly cold and you couldn't even tell anyone was in there. It's also really awesome that they have a restaurant, casino, bar, fireplace, etc. You don't even have to leave to have something to do. The casino is also really good for winning-I always win there. Everything is always so clean and well kept. Also, the shops have their own yelp pages, but it's really awesome that it's a Chickasaw country destination, so hotel and shops are all tax-free. It's the perfect little getaway. Also awesome that if you have a players card, they give you free hotel stays and discounts on rooms! read more

This is going to sound crazy, but the number one reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the terrible pillows. I cannot believe that a hotel over $200 a night has 0 feather pillows in the entire place. Terribly lumpy awful pillows. Bring your own! Much of the furniture appeared a bit run down too, but the bed and bedding was excellent. The rest: excellent hot tub, big bathtub, the spa, and the best part: THE ROOM SERVICE. You can order ANYTHING off the restaurant menu, and they just bring it up to you. No jacked up room service charges. The food was EXCELLENT! Breakfast was also super inexpensive. Review is for casino only, as that's why we drove two hours to come here. This isn't a casino; it's a dank room with some slots (a good deal broken), three table games (but only one open on Saturday) and the world's worst bartender. We drove past Winstar just to come to this one room shanty that's literally in the middle of NOWHERE. The hotel and casino looks like a courthouse. Totally disappointed to find only three tables in the "casino" but even more pissed to see only one was available. We wanted to play Ultimate Texas Hold em as they had a table for it, but we were told it's only played at night. It's freaking Saturday. So our only option is Blackjack and the slowest dealer ever. We left realizing that this isn't a casino for a gambler; it's a spot for your grandma to go play slots. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Made a day trip to Sulphur, Oklahoma with my husband and in-laws a few weeks ago. We had seen multiple advertisements for this place along I-35 so we thought we'd check it out. Their website had limited information, which just added to the mystery. We had to see this place for ourselves! I guess I expected it to be closer to the highway (i'm not familiar with that area), but it ended up being about 15 miles through a couple of small towns. No biggie, had to stop by Wal-mart to grab a few things and saw some interesting horse sculptures made out of car parts. Got to Sulphur & found the hotel. There was no signage for parking or any signage directing you towards valet/the front of the hotel. We saw parking spaces along the side (which ended up being the shopping they advertised) and some in the back. We found out later that if we had gone just a little bit further we would have smacked into everything I just mentioned, so if you visit this place don't settle on the first spots you see! There is a small parking garage up the hill right next to the casino entrance. Which leads me to my next thing....if you come in the way Garmin directs you (at least my in-laws' Garmin) you will not see the front entrance, parking garage, casino, etc. Again, directional signage outside would help. We got parked (in the back, by the employee lot and dumpsters) and tried to find the way inside. We found a door and tried it - it opened into a hallway next to the pool area. Went inside that way and made our way down a few more hallways and finally ended up in the lobby. We saw the first directional sign of the property, woohoo! One of their advertising points was that this hotel had a world class spa and casino, so we headed in the direction of the casino. Thankfully this hotel isn't very big so crossing the lobby took seconds, and we headed in the direction the sign said to go for the casino. We found a weird little blank entryway that had a tv playing casino advertisements.....and an elevator next to stairs. No sign saying if this was the entrance to the casino, if you'd stumbled into an off-limits area....nothing. We went ahead and ventured up the stairs and found a sign saying the next level was employees only, so we exited the stairwell through a glass door that faced the elevator and kept walking until we saw slot machines. NOW, if we had just gone past the building in our car, and parked out in the other lot, we would have seen the outside casino entrance and none of this part of the adventure would have happened. The casino is good size for the hotel, with newer machines and friendly employees. And several security guards, which was strange for the size of the place but I definitely felt more secure. My mother-in-law and I ventured out into the rest of the hotel while our husbands tried to win enough to retire (just in case you are wondering, that didn't happen). We went into the door marked 'gift shop' in the lobby and ventured down this small hallway into a tiny room with random gift shop items. The girl at the desk was very nice and let us know how to get to the other shopping area, which was outside. Went back out the way we came into the hotel, and found 4 shop entrances outside: *The Woodlands Emporium : Cute shop with handmade jewelry and wood themed gift items, worth checking out! *Pinkitzel : The super cute cupcake/candy/gift shop from OKC & Edmond. This location is tiny (but still stuffed with items) and the cupcakes are a LOT smaller than the other locations. *Okie Twister : This was by far our favorite store! They carry a lot of 'Made In Oklahoma' items ranging from clothing to jewelry to edibles. They offer samples of different jellies - the Strawberry Jalapeno is amazing - so you can snack while you shop. The workers were all really nice and there was a lot to look at. *LUXE : We didn't get to visit the inside of this store because I didn't know it existed until we were leaving. It's located in the very back by the dumpsters with no signs telling you there's something else around the corner. Plus the logo over the doors looks like it could be the spa entrance - there is nothing about the store front that tells me it's a store. And that's it for the shopping! My mother-in-law and I walked around the rest of the hotel to check out the spa and conference rooms, and the one restaurant on site. Since we didn't stay in the hotel overnight I don't know if they offer room service. There is a lounge/bar right off of the lobby but I didn't check to see if they offered snacks of any kind. The spa menu seemed a little pricey in my opinion. Overall, I can't imagine spending an entire weekend here. MAYBE one night, but that's it. If you're coming here only for the spa & Okie Twister you might be ok. read more

I sent a letter to the manager without reply stating I would post this without their acknowledgment and attempt to correct. I am glad I went but will not return. The hotel was in need of maintenance in many areas. Room service was a terrible via lost order, the tires on the luggage cart were almost flat needed touch up paint in numerous places. The staff was young and need training in customer service. The restaurant was fabulous.the Casio was too smoky so we just walked through. Cool place but for $300/night I expected more. read more

What a great find! A nice drive from Dallas so we felt that we had really gotten away from the hustle of the city. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We stayed in the Hollywood suite and loved the massive shower and jetted tub. We booked a couple's massage and was really impressed with the spa facilities. Very relaxing and much needed. We also enjoyed the full service restaurant. Chloe took great care of us at lunch and Judy made sure nothing was missed at dinner. The steaks were served to perfection and she surprised me with cheesecake for my birthday. This is a great place to get away. They have some nice shops on the property along with a casino. They also have a nice bar off the lobby. We'll definitely be back. My only wish would be for more to do in Sulpher, but the hotel kept us busy and it was a nice place to run away to. read more

Listen, the hotel is spectacular and the service provided there is even better. Excellent bar, pool and bathhouse, and very respectful employees! The fatal flaw is the casino. I'm not on here to say I lost all my money and now I'm mad. The casino staff is downright disrespectful. It is the law to check ID's and I have no problem with that. But yelling "Is that a child?!" to my girlfriend is downright awful. I gambled for about 30 minutes in peace before other employees kept staring and talking amongst themselves about us. Came to have fun, left the casino feeling harassed and embarrassed. The hotel is amazing, but do not go to the casino unless you are 90 years old because you'll get harassed. read more

Just before dinner a knock on the door showed 3 hotel people asking if they could check some drawers in the room. They found nothing. We (Mother, sister and myself) spent night at The Artesian Hotel. From the time we checked in until the second we checked out, we were treated like royalty. My sister's room access card reader no longer read her room key-card. I called the front desk and within 10 minutes a young man (I completely forgot his name, shame on me!) came to her room and quickly fixed the problem. I asked him if I could get a few more bottles of water, it took him only a few minutes to return to the room with plenty of water for the three of us. The evening front desk clerks (Logan and Spencer) were such a treat to visit! Mother and I were contemplating where to have supper in Sulphur. Thanks to Logan's and Spencer's recommendation, we discovered Potrillos Mexican Restaurant (Yelp review will soon be added). Let me tell you, the fellas know good food! I truly enjoyed visiting with the guys. They were extremely relaxed and friendly and treated me with the upmost respect. After supper, I decided I wanted a room of my own so I traipsed to the front desk. Thanks to Logan and Spencer, they greeted me with smiles and hooked me up with a King Room . . . then much to my surprise, I was upgraded to an Executive King Room! WHAT A ROOM! I reveled in the largeness and luxurious accommodations. I slept like a baby . . . and I am far, far from being a baby. This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting the young lady who was planning to prepare my room for the next guest. What a lovely young woman! I cannot stress how amazingly friendly and accommodating the staff is! The hotel is such a treat for all the senses. Come and see for yourself! My one complaint (which does not pertain to the hotel) is the casino. Despite having few smokers, the place is overwhelmingly smoky. I am glad there is a separation which includes an elevator and walk-way between the casino and hotel. read more

Not as advertised for sure. The food and service under delivered immensely. We ate at The Springs restaurant and the risotto and pasta was over cooked and mushy, the glazed carrots was undercooked and not very good and the service was anything but spectacular. The bartender at the bar was also the waitress so she spent most of her time running to the restaurant for food leaving customers unattended for long periods of time, bad management!! The casino was small and similar to any other small Oklahoma casino. They said that they were booked however we saw very few people in the hotel, very strange and weird vibe going on for sure and the clientele is not what you would expect. To make things worse I paid with cash when we checked out and they still charged my credit card so now I'm trying to get my credit card credited back the amount they owe me the front desk had no idea why it happened. I can't believe there is a 5 star hotel in Oklahoma! The Artesian Hotel is never a disappointment. The elegant decor, excellent service and clean, beautiful suites make this five stars, in my book! Check in is always flawless, room service goes above and beyond and checkout is super fast and easy. Spending time in this hotel makes me forget the world. Once I check in I rarely leave. There are beautifully appointed sitting areas all over the hotel where one can sit and read, think, or whatever suits you. The casino is a quick elevator ride away and open 24 hours. It is small and lots of fun. Everyone treats me like family and I like that. Dining at The Springs restaurant is very good. They have a nice menu for breakfast that I just love. Their pancakes are just like my Mothers! If all you want is a sandwich or ice cream or candy or cookies or cake, etc, you can always run downstairs to the Bedre Cafe or The Fountain Club for a cocktail and snack. I absolutely love the Artesian and am so happy we have them so close to OKC! Can't wait to go back! read more

The hotel is beautiful but customer service is lacking. I was told on the phone that check in time was 3 but it is 4, so we had to wait an hour to check in after our arrival. Check in was quick (at 4pm) but not friendly. No one offered any additional information - about the pool, restaturant, etc. Rooms were very clean though! Free wifi, free bottled water, and coffee (keurig) in the room. Bathroom had a beautifully tiled walk in shower and glass enclosure. Large bathroom. The pool was not especially clean, with a lot of leaves, dirt at the bottom and a couple of cigarette butts. It did rain the night before, but you'd think it would be common practice to clean the pool, at least the debris, after a rain. I found it odd that we had to check towels out from the front desk, walking through that very formal area of the hotel, in pool clothing was awkward. I wish they had told us at check-n, or on the info book in the room. The menu for the Springs restaurant that is in the room (info book) is very different from the actual menu. Just needs to be updated. The Chickasaw Visitor Center (right next to the hotel) was clean and the staff was so nice. We wanted to rent bikes to ride into the park, but the kiosk was broken and bikes were not able to be taken. We will visit again at Christmas time for the holiday activities. read more

We've stayed at Artesian many times. This time my husband booked for my birthday. He also treated me to a spa day. The massage was absolutely wonderful!! No complaints whatsoever. Worth the $155 price tag. NOT so with the facial and face waxing. The facial was $150 and not something I will do again. The face waxing was $60. When I returned home I had big white pimples all over my face. I called a local waxing place that asked if she cleaned before waxing. NO. And she also didn't put anything on after the wax. I left with my face looking like a red tomato. She also missed a big area of my face which I had to pay someone else to fix!! I called the spa and spoke to the assistant spa manager. She suggested I drive down (2 hours) so she could look at my face. Told her no thank you! Anyway she said the manager would call me back within one day. It's been 9 days. Discrimination over medical problems for guests, over charge room multiple times, incorrect bookings, charged card with out permission week after we checked out and now I'm being ignored. Dined in the restaurant! I had the hummus appetizer and a Caesar salad because I didn't want left overs. That didn't work out! Salad was huge! Hubby got the smothered chicken and subbed the quinoa pilaf for the asparagus. Excellent! Father in law got the chicken fried and swore by it. Said it was the best he's had! Mother in Kaw had the stuffed tilapia and lived it and sister in law had the vegan entree and lived it. Food was great, prices were terrific. Definitely recommend! read more

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. We stayed in a suite for our anniversary. I give the hotel 5 stars but there were some things that didn't make sense in a "luxury" hotel. 1) The shower - there was no place to put the soap/shampoo/facial cleanser/etc. no shelf anywhere! Even the wash cloth ended up in the floor of the shower. 2) The mirror in the bathroom - there is a shelf across the lower portion of the mirror. I'm 5'2" and the shelf cut off the bottom of my face. 3) no full length mirror in the room. 4) 2 plugins on each side of the bed with lamps plugged in and a hotel iPad on one side. No plug in/port available for charging phones/personal iPads. 5) the shower was moldy around the floor. It's not a big deal, but when we checked in, they asked if it was a special occasion. I told them it was our anniversary. When I made reservations at the restaurant, they asked if it was a special occasion. I told them it was our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess told the waiter it was our anniversary. Nothing! Again, it's not a big deal but why did they ask and then - nothing. Not even a complimentary dessert. Valet parking is complimentary, which is wonderful. However the smoking area is right outside the door and we don't enjoy standing in the smoking area while waiting for our vehicle. Can't the smoking are be moved away from the door? Again, this is a beautiful hotel and our stay was great but they missed a few minor details in my opinion. read more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel. Very nice. very relaxing. I wanted away for a few days and this is the place to go. I will be back. The casino is very tight. You will probably loose your money but everything else was awesome read more
