We made an appointment for 430, and so far 30 minutes later were still waiting, no one is saying anything or apologizing for the wait. Not a good first impression at all. Haven't even got a haircut yet and I won't be coming back. Brought my son back again. How is smoking weed while at work ok? I took my son to get a hair cut today. I dropped him off due to covid protocol and circled the parking lot. As I came around the corner, I saw Carlos in a car, spraying himself with cologne and getting out of the car that smelled like weed. I went in to get my son because no way would I ever think that it would be ok for him to get a haircut from someone who is high! He denied it and said that it was his friend who was smoking. They don't try to get you to buy over priced hair products so that is a nice change of pace It is sometimes difficult to get a "quick" hair cut, this is a good thing when you think about it. For the past several months, I've been getting my hair cut and colored at Hair Genius in Parker, and overall, I have been satisfied with both the service and the prices. However, I was just recently told that they won't be doing any color in the shop anymore, which means I need to find a new shop and someone new to work with my hair. I'm very disappointed. It's always hard finding new service providers. I would assume this means they'll be losing quite a bit of business since I've seen women in there getting their hair cut and colored every time I've been in there. But perhaps they only want male clients now. I don't know, but I'm sorry about the change. My son and I walked in here on a Saturday, and they were pretty busy (about 1 1/2 hour wait). One of the barbers told me to make an appointment, so I made one for Sunday (the next day). We showed up a little early and were told to write down our names with the word "appointment" next to them - and then we waited... and waited... This is likely the best barber in Parker, CO. Their owner George and his brother Carlos have great personalities, they remember you even after months, and they're excellent at managing a long queue. I can't speak for all the other barbers but do not go with Lilly! I asked for a trim and just to clean it up, she used a machine but didn't even part my hair and then spiked my hair up and just looked in the mirror and cut hairs sticking out? Messed up my neck line which I know have a semi bald spot. Once she cut my hair she gelled it spiking up so I couldn't see the mess, got home, took a shower, and needless to say I'm gonna have to pay for another haircut. The hair behind my ear is longer than the front, giving it some weird look, the side of my hair gradually got longer making my looking like Wolverine when my hairs wet. At 12:20 the barber asked if I could have someone else cut my hair because he needed to go get his car fixed. Went here for a haircut and beard trim. Left with the best fade ever and face transformation. Had a general idea of what I wanted and a bit open to suggestion for the beard. Nick is a well seasoned and gifted Barber and he truly possesses the natural art required to know what to do and execute the vision.
